The questions asked, such as whether you had visited the beach, were aimed at understanding the potential causes of her reaction so we could provide the best possible support.We understand the frustration caused by the limited pharmacy availability during the holiday period, which unfortunately was beyond our control. As we are not a licensed dispensary, we were unable to provide medication directly, but we are always here to assist in finding medical solutions wherever possible.Regarding the booking process, we recognize the inconvenience caused by needing to manage changes through third-party platforms such as Ctrip.
