Great as usual Reliable convient The 2 restaurants are great at the lobby

If you booked this hotel maybe cancel as soon as possible, otherwise, you will have a bad experience with it! I already ruined my holiday, booked 3 times all bad experiences! Including extra charges you no reason, even you have to remind their teams! But still charge! They just like to use your credit card to pay everything if you don’t check! bathroom has hair and broken bed. Reception attitude rude ! I think everyone complaining! All sorts of things happened ! Even you have ask for Manager give you a solution they just keep ignore and not get back to you! What a rubbish 5 star hotel, not even worth for 2 star!

Love the Seaview rooms ,great pool and gym . Very friendly and helpful hotel . Great in-house dining menu/food

Absolutely loved the Grand Sky City. Only downside was the check in and check out service. It would be best to have a self service system or more staff on the counter. Apart from that my family will definitely be back again.

Came for Valentines and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

A memorable and tranquil brief stop in the city of sails. People are friendly, weather’s nice. What’s there not to like about Auckland?

Busy hotel and a base hotel for China aircrew. Room size is decent and bed is comfortable. Daily housekeeping seemed to be a little slow probably because of high occupancy. Nice restaurants within the hotel. It be good if they can vary the breakfast spread, spread is the same everyday during my stay. Filtered coffee offered at breakfast. If you want something else like flat white, extra charges apply and extra charge for milk.

It was amazing experiences. The room was very clean and the service was good. All the staffs were very kind and nice.

Incredible service from beginning to end. We were upgraded as it was our anniversary and the room and views were spectacular. Very comfortable bed and great facilities

I like the place and by the name itself it’s already a very clean and stylish as well as first class. But, unfortunately when we came to the hotel our rooms not ready yet and we have to wait for more than an hour. We booked the hotel for a long time and we checked in late but the hotel personnel did not inform us beforehand that our rooms not yet ready which is really inconvenient. The other thing my son complained about is that there ‘s no microwave where we can heat the baby food or milk. We’ve been to other hotels before and microwave’s included in the rooms. Probably it’s our negligence too for not checking before booking the rooms. But hope in the future we expect that if we book the rooms before hand at least the staff will inform us if it’s not yet ready so we can plan ahead and not rush to check in.

Great stay at the grand in Auckland. Ideal location and superb spa. Highly recommend for a quick trip to yeh city.
