Beautiful hotel, great size room and high quality products! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

Very friendly and helpful at check in. Not a great selection of food in restaurant but what I did have was nice enough. Clean and quite room. Enjoyed a soak in bath. Would stay again.

Quite a long walk to our room which is exhausting given that we have luggages that we needed to carry ourselves. But other that, it was a good stay and clean rooms.

We've stayed at the Naumi a few times prior to and after international flights....and the convenience of location and transport to and from hotel to airports are the reason why. The hotel itself is clean and has great amenities. Although we scored a room with a broken extract fan, which kept making a loud disruptive noise intermittently throughout the night. Usually service is great. However, this time we found it subpar, with bar staff ignoring us completely when we were standing at the bar for service. Other than the subpar experience with service this time. We will be back, convenience to airports is just too good.

Hotel in very good location, lots of carpark and clean. Room is spacious toilet is clean. One minor thing the aircon is too cold even i turn up high😅

Easy check in. Front desk customer service is awesome! Only one entrance to the hotel which meant the carpark was far away from our room. The foyer had an off stench every time you walked in. The room was great, especially for what we paid for it. The buffet breakfast closes earlier in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at so we didn’t get to enjoy brunch for long. Also would be beneficial to have a little sign for items you can order somewhere near the buffet as we didn’t know you could order hashbrowns. The only hassle we had was housekeeping. 2 days we had left early and arrived late to our room not done and the sign still on the door. One of those days, we had popped back in to pick up some clothes and housekeeping was outside our room when we came out. Excuse the guitar in the pic, was taking a shot for something else but here’s a snippet of the decor.

Overall a great hotel close to the airport. Very good amenities, clean, well maintained & fun decor. Room was spacious, clean & nice. Small outdoor patio was great. Big hotel with different wings & room options. Service from initial phone contact to check in etc was excellent. I read some bad reviews & was nervous but none of them held in my experience. Near busy road but surprisingly quiet. Pool & gym was great. We added the buffet breakfast & were very happy with it.

Fantastic service, nothing was too difficult to accomodate our needs. Comfy beds, great facilities. Will book again.

The hotel is near to Auckland airport and we are had a convenient stay to reach back to the airport the next day.

Very conveniently located not to far from the Auckland airport. Rooms are spacious enough. It's a quiet area. All good for us (family if 4)

Big room and fully equipped with all we need. Including shower gel, lotion, moisturiser, toothbrush etc.

Luxury funky feel with very reasonable pricing for a family of for 4, beds were very comfortable and great size, making for a great nights rest, shower and bathroom were stunning and luxurious and all the extra toiletries added to the experience. The lobby and restaurant were spectacular, and the children definitely felt like royalty walking through the front doors. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

I love the balcony with garden. All the staff were friendly. Just not that closed to airport and the self check in system wasn’t convenient.

I booked this hotel because I was travelling to see a sick friend. Sadly my friend died and I requested a refund as there was no longer a purpose for my travel My request was denied and I was not even given the option of a credit or a partial refund. I did not stay at the hotel for the reasons outlined above. Their unsympathetic attitude is disgraceful. I would never stay there and discourage anybody else from doing so
