1.服務品質非常好， 2.入住環境也非常優良， 3.服務人員的態度友善 4.有舒適的床，睡起來很舒服。 5.廚房設備完善，有洗碗機、冰箱、微波爐和電磁爐一應俱全，方便自己料理早餐午餐晚餐。 6.交通便利，距離地標天空塔，步行只要5分鐘，到超市10分鐘，搭公車也很便利喔。
