Fast wifi (15MB/s) Clean and good sound deadening. Close proximity to airport Free car parking Doesn’t pretend to be what it’s not. It’s simply the best for someone looking to spend the nights, drive around and work in the room. Compared to hotels in the area it is the cheapest yet has fast enough wifi as well as free parking. Best for those on business and preferably those renting cars. The location is slightly further away from public transport.

Hotel location is close to bus stop; you can use bus to go to city and/or go to train station. Little area for food land and supermarket is 300 meters by walking Hotel room is clean but it is a bit small space for working table

Room was good clean and tidy, staff helpful, overall a good place to stay

The hotel was great overall. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. However, the cleaners were quite noisy (Loudly Talking & Laughing) while cleaning, which was a bit disruptive. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!

I have stayed here previously and at Ramada residences across NZ and Australia, this is the worst by far. The shower was not up to Marsden standard. Black mould around the shower interior and when you opened the shower door reminents of the previous client's showering was visible, definitely not cleaned thoroughly or kept up to clean standard . The shower over flowed - you had to lift off the shower drain cap to view even more mould so that the water would run down the drain. Highlighted this to reception with photos emailed they said they would get this looked at...came back to the room bed was made...shower still the same black mould. Absolutely disappointing

Good location for Due Drop Event Centre Clean good size room For 2 nights I didn’t need the room to be made Not 24h service desk but you can call 24h support on the intercom 3:30AM taxi to the airport took about 20 minutes NZD50 I didn’t use the restaurant looks ok Lone Start next is ok they have other dishes than steaks

Excellent location. Near to shops n food joints. Very clean and very friendly staff. Front desk staff very helpful.

Great stay again. So modern and love how clean it is. The breakfast buffet is an added bonus and is well worth the price. Definitely be back again.

The staff was good and the location was very convenient and they do have car park as well, worth the money.

酒店便老舊，拖鞋啥都沒有，衹有簡單的洗髮水和沐浴露！訂在這裡是因為第二天一早要往納皮爾去，可以避開奧克蘭早高峯！晚上服務枱就沒人了 邊上就是吃飯的商圈和超市！其他都沒有了

房間挺大挺明亮，還是套間，可以自己做三餐，鍋碗瓢盆冰箱等都具備！

小了點但五臟俱全，在奧克蘭是性價比不錯的酒店了
