Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre recensioner

The loft room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Washroom looks newly renovated. But some of the room amenities are dated and can be replaced - eg microwave. Located just 15 minutes slow walk from the nearest station / shopping mall. One of the male receptionists was very friendly and helpful.

Our second time staying here, great location, close to shopping center but quite. no traffic sound at all. Staff are helpful. Although the facility is not new but well maintained. Will come back again.

There's no bell boy to assist guest upon arrival and even up to the room. Basically this hotel is "self-service" hotel. From carrying the luggages upon arrival to the room and out of the room (check out). You have to do it all by yourself by taking the trolley and upload those luggages on to it and bring it to your room. The same applies when you want to check out. Some of the reception staff are not friendly upon welcoming guest to the hotel. Upon our arrival at around 3pm (NZD time) , the reception staff seems not happy in welcoming us. When we asked them why there's no one to assist us on the luggages (5 luggages), and their response was "they never assist anyone beyond the double entrance glass door". We were so suprise with their response To be fair, there are other staff [the chef, manager and other reception staff that was on night duty (other than the one assisted us upon our arrival)] are very kind and friendly. They are happy to assist us whenever we have issue during our stay and they go beyond their duty by sharing a lot of tourism information which was very useful to us as tourist in Auckland, NZ.

The service at reception was 5 star lovely people to deal with . Room service was pitiful food took 1 hour to get to us after being told 1/2 hour wait , food was Luke warm some not really eatable . Shame when we paid more than $210 for the meal . And yes we were told it was busy at kitchen as when we phoned room service for the fourth time it went through to reception who got room service to call us 10 minutes later.  . Beds were perfect and room spotless was lovely to have aircon going when we arrived . However on second day room serviced and found flannels still on floor and in shower .  Hotel is usually lovely to stay at , but this time was below par .  We felt ripped off slightly .

Waipuna is an average Budget accommodation. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of the landscape which is mostly of the adjacent water body outside the hotel. The rooms are clean, but electronics within the room is average. The Air con in room we stayed was very noisy. On checkin we were asked additional NZD 300 dollars as deposit. While we had already made payments of our stay. They have not refunded the deposit amount yet. It's been more than a week.

Very comfortable place to stay. I have nothing negative to write about this place.

직원들이 친절하고 내부도 넓고 깔끔했습니다. 위치가 좋아서 편했습니다. 수영장과 짐도 이용할수있어서 좋았습니다.

ビジネス出張で利用したした。ホテル内のレストランはあんまりおいしくなかったです。 ホテルはきれいで、みんな親切でした。

這間房間整體來看需要做更好的清潔工作。地毯和毯子都出現斑駁,上面還零落着頭髮和指甲渣,顯然長時間無人清掃。作為入住者,為保障衞生健康,我將它們平攤在地上使用。除此之外,牆面灰塵較多,地毯也應深度清洗消除異味。不過,能在洗澡時看電視也算一件順心事。 與會設備和餐食質量都能令人滿意。衹可惜房間衞生狀態讓人失望,特別是夜間隔壁房間因會務作業較為嘈雜,影響用房休憩。整體來説,該酒店環境和服務素質認可,但房間衞生管理尚需加強,需要加強潔麪工作和隔音處理,以提升住宿體驗。希望今後能持續優化,為客户提供更舒適便利的服務。

很大的房間，離超市走路大約20分，有簡單的微波爐及熱水壺

スタッフの方も親切でとても良いホテルでした。
