Voco Auckland City Centre, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Voxo has a welcome vibe and smells fresh on arrival The Property is in a shared building with Holiday Inn with voco being on the upper floors . Lovely city or bay views. Room nice .however housekeeping did not change my glasses for drinking in the 3 days I was staying. Sat there unclean. Location is good only 10 mins walk to ferry terminal Although very hilly on walk back up to hotel. Overall nice stay and breakfast good.

Nice hotel to stay at, room is beautifully renovated. Also walkable to many good restaurants and shops.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff made everything a breeze for me. What I appreciated most was the check-in agent offering me a room upgrade with late checkout! This was generous and a welcome surprise. Stayed in a deluxe room on 26th floor with a lovely view of the Sky Tower and harbour. Bar on rooftop is great. My best hotel experience in New Zealand so far. Hotel is missing a pool, and no bathtub in my room. However, it’s great value overall. Thank you team!

Great hotel with good location and amazing views! Service was a bit slow when checking in and out. The bar is amazing with stunning views and lively cocktails. I would recommend for a nice getaway!

Stay for 2 nights. Water pressure of the shower is too weak. Advise staff to repair but still no improvement in the next day

Clean and new hotel. However, the pillows were too soft/flat and not enough hangers provided. Location was great! Except that it’s on a slope, so there’s climbing up and down when u wana go out and get back. There’s road works going on just outside. Breakfast spread was ok. Overall a comfortable stay.

The hotel is very well located near the heart of the CBD. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well laid out. Elevators took a while to arrive after being called.

Great location and hight end hotel. It would be even better if the emergency door or one of the room doors was slapped loudly by other guests 3am in the morning and it was quite echoing in the hall way so I couldn't sleep well.

Strategically located in the middle of Auckland CDB. We can easily walked around the main attractions.including Auckland Tower, the wharf, Queen St. Love the room view too which face the tower directly. Cleanliness perspective however was really disappointing.. The room was really dusty, not for the hidden corner like under the sofa/bed/top of cabinet, but obvious area like the sofa, basin, etc.

The hotel is in a prime location. We have been there a few time however this time we experienced uncleanliness pillow sheet and bed sheet.

It’s a new hotel so everything is fine. However, 1 night the housekeepers didn’t replace the new towels to us. Fortunately the front desk quickly give us the new towels.

Nice boutique style hotel, with modern decor and nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast was good, and service was excellent. Overall I enjoyed the stay. Will come back again.
