Stayed 15/9/2022, our night was great the hotel was great, however we booked through booking.com,when we checked out the following morning ,the price of the room was on the bill too.We checked , we had not been charged by ***********, so paid the hotel.We have also been charged by Booking.com.We have been in touch with *********** on 17/9/22, heard nothing, again 5/10/22, then 7/10/22 , each time they have said Le Goyen would refund our card, we have called today 9/10/22 *********** said they have paid Le Goyen, So the Hotel should refund our money,we are still wating
