It takes only about 5 mins by walk from Augsburg Königsplatz. Good for short stay to explore Augsburg city center.

Excellent location, near the main train station. Also walking distance from Konigsplatz from where there are bus and tram connections throughout the city. Good breakfast menu for this type of hotels. Small room but cosy, clean and fully functional. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip.

離火車站很近，我是自己走過來的，景點市政廣場走幾百米。中餐去吃清歡，超市都很便利，唯一一點邊上有個墓園，不介意的話住很方便

房間不錯，在市中心步行街上，駕車者停車稍遠

早餐竟然有菠蘿包

酒店房間很乾凈，位置一般離火車站10分鐘路程，唯一一點酒店房間太小了

A very wonderful experience. Big and very clean rooms. Wonderful and very professional staff. The manager was very helpful and was in hand to make sure we felt comfortable. It was only 3 nights but I still wished I stayed longer. I will definitely be back. On that time, it will be with my family.

We stay on 28 July 2024. 11 PM someone just open our room door. Actually we lock inside . But dont have the secure chain . Because I still awake and also TV and light still on The man just say Sorry and close the door. This is the first time I feel un save stay at IBIS chain

Location of the hotel was not bad, 10 minutes walk from the Augsburg central station, and 3 minutes walk from the central public transport terminal at the Koenig platz. Room was not small, though a bit old, but with a large-size bed, large TV and a desk. Breakfast was quite good, though very much the same every day. Not all staff members spoke good English. Once I came back at 9:00 in the evening, I found my room cleaned but without the towels, ok, it happened, housekeeping lady just forgot to put a new one.....But, when I come down to the reception, the lady there could not understand my problem, she didn't know the word "towel"....I had to wait 2 hour until the change of the shift.

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Satisfying Breakfast with various food items and pleasant seatings in the cozy lobby. Room is small but has everything you need. More attention should be given to make AC colder.

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.

This is an Ok standard Ibis. Close to the railway station, and Old town. Friendly staff. Reasonably well appointed room, very Ibisy. Good breakfast. What I did not like, was some not so "allergy-friendly" things. Like wall to wall carpeting, and perfumed soap in the bathroom.

Wir haben gerade unser Schachturnier – die 1. Offene Deutsche Meisterschaft für Schachspieler mit Behinderungen – in diesem Hotel durchgeführt. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier übernachten durften, inklusive zweier barrierefreier Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer, und die Seminarräume für das Turnier nutzen konnten. Das Hotel hat eine lange Schachtradition, und dieses Mal war das Turnier etwas ganz Besonderes, da Schachspieler mit Behinderungen im Mittelpunkt standen. Alles verlief reibungslos, und die Teilnehmer waren vom Ambiente des Hotels begeistert. Ein großes Dankeschön an das wunderbare und hilfsbereite Personal – ein Hotel mit Herz!
