Booked for ac and ac was bot available ; toilets were unhygienic and taps were leaking; basin didnt have tap running; fortunately bed sheets were clean n washed ones

Accessibility is the biggest pro. Just 200 mtrs, 5 mins walking distance. Room was pathetic. Unhygienic. Toilet did not have flush. Untidy walls. Old linen. Torn floor carpet. Hanging electrical fittings. The switches, it seemed were not cleaned since ages.
