Hotel Atithi

Firstly, the dining location n attention is top class. But, what mars the hotel's atmosphere are the people manning tourists from the front desk. We made arrangements for early breakfast plus coffee. A night before, the guy at the counter wrote down our requests n said no problem. Next morning, reaching the counter at 6am. No ready breakfast. We waited for atleast 20mins. From 3 people, only breakfast for 2 came. What left us fuming was phone calls coming on a couple of times asking if we had requested for room service after 10. 45pm! which we didn't. We had to pull out the connection wire. Same thing happened on the 2. 3. 25 sunday! people at the counter have bland faces. No smile no good greetings gives an unfriendly vibe. No issue here. We came for ajanta n ellora caves. But, it would really be nice attitude for weary travellers. Thank you very much for space given to rant out. Hopefully, your hotel will be better in the near future. Otherwise, we loved the top roof top dining area. The boys were top notch with their service. Thank you.

Good location. Large room. We were upgraded. Rooms were quite spacious. Food was good. Swimming pool was there but we did not use it.

I stayed here for two days. This hotel rooms are smelly and unhygienic, not clean, restaurant food is not good. Staff training is necessary. Rooms are bigger but not good experience. Pl check other option before booking this hotel.

Stay is really good, just they need little bit of repair and do painting, sleep, stay, cleanliness and everything is ok

Good hotel, staff is also co operative, ample parking space food is excellent hotel ambience is very nice

Washroom, basin, handwash, bedsheet and towels are not cleaned actually hotel and food quality was good but room is not good. Room number 4009.
