We were 100 people. The complete resort was booked by us. It is an amazing place. They had so well arranged everything to accommodate 100 people. The cottages are beautiful. One needs to change the toiletries in the rooms. They are of very bad standard. Overall experience was amazing.

The hotel is located very close to ellora caves and grishneshwar temple. But the toilet was perennially stinking, the towels provided were very old and the pillow was very hard and uncomfortable. The food at the restaurant was stale. We had to get it changed.

pros: 1) location 2) decent dish spread available cons: 1) over priced (₹99 for a chapati!)
2) the price does not justify the quality of food at all.
3) cochroaches in the room! reception informed, who didn't even properly nod about the issue.
4) washrooms are average, not clean; dirty tiles.
5) overly priced rooms
6) the hospitality team needs training. the place has huge potential; needs right direction.

Rooms: average, the main door had formica held with tapes. Geyser: small, with limited water for a continuous hot shower. Cleanliness: very average, had stuff in cupboard and on bedside tables. Food: was good, not spicy, and freshly prepared. The site has construction in progress.

Great place and experience temple and ellora caves are at walking distance l. You can see them from room. Hotel staff is helpful hygiene peaceful. Food was good

Ellora heritage resort was comfortable and the staff was very courteous. Very spacious lawn and the rooms are neat. Good place to relax with family.

This is happening for the first time in my life that my room lock was opened unauthorisely by the staff of ellora heritage resort. We had gone for darshan of girishneshwar temple after informing the manager and locking our cottage no 101. As soon as we entered the resort premises, four persons are coming out from my cottage. When enquired from them, they informed that manager has allowed us by giving duplicate key. We went to manager immediately and he has no reply for the same. All my belongings i. E. Ladies purses, mobile phones are left in the room. We told them to give us the phone of police station, but they did not provide. Anyway after reaching aurangabad airport, i contacted the police inspector of ellora and we are going to lodge police complaint against them. Pl do not entertain any booking of this hotel. Also circulate this message to all concerned.
