The attic is the penthouse of Villa Angela, lived downstairs from my family, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 2000 square meters, with secure parking, barbecue area, relaxation area in the garden.
In the attic it is accessed independently from the rest of the villa by a staircase, entering you reach a large living room - kitchen equipped with air conditioning, a large sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed, kitchen, a large terrace with panoramic views partially closed by sliding windows. In addition to the air conditioner to cool air, the attic is equipped with a high and new pellet stove connected to radiators thus ensuring a uniform distribution of heat throughout the attic and elsewhere, the stove also provides hot water. There are no screens on the windows and has windows with thermal glass and blackout blinds to 'outside.
