The staff and Jessica were amazing during my 5 week stay at your hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff made for an excellent stay each day, I greatly appreciate the excellent service during my stay that I received on a daily basics. Stay for 8 days no housekeeping. I was told they would clean every 3 days. Front desk girl Jess complete liar. I asked to have my room to be cleaned and they said ok but My room still never got cleaned. I see housekeeping everyday so why isn't my room being cleaned? I came in late one night and explained to kerisha what my experience was like and she was so friendly about unlike the morning and evening shifts. I went back to my room and kerisha brought me a new set of bed sheets and a vaccum since i choose a hotel with no housekeeping. will not be coming back and will not be recommending to friends and family. I did ask the white housekeeper with blonde hair for towels when she was on the 3rd floor and she said ok and never brought them to me. ALSO asked front desk for some towels at 5:15 and the lady told me that they had nun clean. ridiculous staffing. Came in the next morning asked to speak to manager and lady told me that she was a housekeeping manager why is she al up in the front desk if she is a housekeeping manager maybe she needs to go check her housekeepers because clearly nothing is being done.

This is THE worst place. Horrible staff poorly managed. Everytime I asked for the GM they were NEVER there. Beth is the most loud mouth and slick disrespect comments as well as sara. Horrible staff 10/10 would NOT recommend. The only nice one and who helped me about problems with my room was the overnight girl Kerriesha.

Jessica was very welcoming, she made our entire stay comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the area and the hotel and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The hotel was under construction but the room we stayed in was completely renovated. It was clean housekeeping staff was friendly so was the other front desk staff. They were missing some things in the suites due to the construction but Jessica was able to get us everything we needed. When I visit the area again I will return. Jessica is an asset and really made our stay worth it.

The hotel was nice no complaints but I will tell you the people are what made the whole experience. Jessica and Beth where so sweet. They greated and wished us well any time we left or returned but the real MVP is Sarah. She was so knowledgeable. It was like having a personal trip advisor for everything. Need a king cake day of mardi gras she knew where to send me. What's the difference in parades not a problem she's got u. Not sure if a place is safe she will tell u where to be and where to avoid. She was so amazing and really made us feel welcome in new orleans. I don't return to the same hotel to offen but I will be back to this one ohhh and a major plus the beds where actually soft and comfortable!!!!

The customer service was amazing I want to give Sarah a ten star rating. She went above and beyond to help our every need. we will definitely be staying there again. The room was clean and there was everything we needed. We enjoyed everything they had to offer

Thanks Ms . Sarah , From the moment we checked in , it was very clear she paid attention to every detail on my reservation. Above and beyond guest services . Had no issues made our stay very comfortable. Even shared laughs with me and my daughter . The hotel was clean and home feeling with all updated appliances, spotless refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher . Everything was amazing !

Sarah made our visit great! She is so helpful and professional! Would recommend this hotel just for the experience Sarah provided to us! She went above and beyond to help my husband with the tv that wasn’t working. She saw it was fixed quickly. She was very friendly to our dogs! All around great experience!
