Aqi Pegasos Club

Yet again, another fantastic family holiday, the place is beautiful, having their own private beach and the budda bar over looking the sea is amazing to sit and have the most beautiful sunsets. Adnan Çay the bar tender is a pure gentleman, he is amazing with my children, they love him! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday, I can't say anything other than he has a special place in our families hearts. The restaurant staff are incredible... Yusuf Çay is incredible he will make sure you have a table every night. He can't do enough he will move the earth for you if he could. He works extremely hard to make sure you have the best time away.... Ata Karataş is amazing he can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much for him he will go the extra mile for you... Asking Balkci is a pleasure. He is such a nice man he will do anything possible to make your stay memorable.. all th restaurant staff are incredible with my two children, they looked forward to seeing them every day. We were all so sad to say goodbye to them. All in all, a beautiful time away made so special by all the staff. I haven't mentioned all of them as there are too many, I will be here all day Thank you for such good memories The lovell family

Just got back from a week long holiday with my son and mum, what an amazing week we had! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the reception team and provided with a little hamper to take to our rooms as the transfer was long and my little boy was hungry. Our room was nice and clean, we had upgraded to a sea view room and the view was spectacular. On the first morning we went to the restaurant where there was a wide range of food to pick from. We met Yusuf Turner and Askin who were both very attentive. Yusuf was amazing with my son who has autism, from coming over regularly to making him a paper boat with his name on. The lifeguards were all amazing with my son and allowed him to be an honorary lifeguard for the afternoon all while still ensuring others in the pool were safe. We loved the slides which were open 10am - midday, reopening again at ,14:00 - 17:00. I'm not sure who enjoyed them more me or my son The beach is right at the back of the hotel with water sport activities, we went on the turtle beach boat ride and did paragliding at sunset which was amazing. We got to see a whale playing in the sea. I will definitely be going back here, we didn't want to leave and wished we had booked 2 weeks!

Well we wasn't disappointed at all. Only a few minor issues but all in all great. The rooms were very good with sliding doors from adults to kids area, the only issue was the A/C was loud and not as cold as I would like. The food was very good with lots to choose from as different each night. We had Umut and Ata who sorted our table every night and was always there if we needed anything! We ate in the Asian and Turkish Al la carte restaurants which were very good and nice for a change of scenery. I was getting up around 6am to put towels out and was loads of beds to choose from. All the pools and slides are very good and having the beach right outside as well is good. The kids really enjoyed all the slides but more aimed at kids than adults. The entertainment throughout the day was spot on and made it fun. Ekin and Abdulla made the entertainment they were always buzzing and great to be around you will not be disappointed with what they do all day especially in the heat they get you up and involved with everything. Ekin loves the number 7 as well! The shows in the evening were very good also. In the Buddha bar Adnan is the man! He is always running around making sure empty glasses are cleaned away and a full one is brough to you he's spot on. The photo team especially Yuko were great as well, so good with the kids and the photos were a great price we ended up buying them all. We had Turkish baths and massages and the spa team were also very good. All in all a great hotel and the staff are perfect we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Also do the jeep safari that was one of the best days out we had!

Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about it. The Pool, the slides, the food was excellent. The staff is so nice. One guy, his name is Ata Karatas, is so nice and will help you with anything you ask him. This is the best hotel andholiday in Turkey ever.

Oustanding vacation. Location is excellent. The sand beach is really phantastic, warm water, great waves for families. Reachable through all three AQI hotels. Rooms are a bit older, but still in good shape and especially top clean (every day). Turkish food is over the top, tasty, extra variations, each day breakfast+lunch+dinner different, foreign kitchen (italian, mexican etc.). Every day new attractions, animations for young and old, in evenings really cool shows in all three hotels (AQI Pegasos Royal, Ressort, Club). Last but not least: top personnel inside the hotels and outside on the beach. I want to underline the warm and friendly atmosphere, especially driven buy Gökhan (no words, 11/10), Ata and Umut - thanks to all of them, "Saĝol, arkadaşlarım!" This location I recommend without any restrictions. Next year, we will try to come again

This hotel & staff are faultless! First time at the Royal but stayed in the resort 2 years ago. Both are great but the royal is definitely our favourite out of the 2. Reception staff were very welcoming on arrival & bags were kindly taken to our room for us. The rooms are lovely & very clean ...housekeeping is 10/10, comfortable beds if you like firm beds, which I do so that was a bonus Pool area is great & again kept extremely clean....Music on throughout the day & entrainment for all different ages which was great. Beth who did aqua aerobics was incredible, she made the classes so much & was such a lively ,friendly & chatty person , we will miss her classes! Bruno & the other 2 men on the entertainment team were so full of life and hilarious. There is a kids club available for little ones too which I can't comment on as it wasn't a service we used. Foam parties on the beach were great fun & lots of different variety of entertainment in the evenings throughout the week. Food ...just wow!!! Absolutely incredible and soooooo much to choose from. If you have fussy eaters please don't worry I took 2 with me and they always had plenty available to eat at all meal times....desserts are dangerously tasty (expect your waistline to expand if you start eating these) I must point out all the staff in there go above and beyond to make meal times as pleasant as possible, in particular for us the waiter Yusuf Tuner made sure we always had a table & was always making sure we had drinks. There's free ice cream available 11am-6pm every day.. vanilla, strawberry & chocolate which is lovely or there is other ice cream at a small cost. Cocktails were great throughoutthe hotel at all times.The beach bar was really lovely & handy to go to and get drinks throughout the day. There is a water station around the pool area which u just help yourself to. This hotel has so much to offer and a great family friendly hotel. Also great for groups and couples , I'd happily travel here alone too. It was just amazing. Beautiful beach front hotel which I will without a doubt return to!
