Utopia Resort & Residence

Crew almost not speaking English, Russian and other languages. For example I tried to ask barmen a toothpick for 4 minutes, then remember google translate)) so be prepared. This hotel is good 3 star hotel, cleaning is bad, a lot of stuff needs repair. In our number shower head didn’t worked, other shower head don’t holds. Nowhere to put soap or shampoo. Trap is opened. All room trim is made from painted cardboard and is in very bed condition. Door opening from 3rd time you put card, always! I have left opened Pepsi bottle opened for night and I got 3 last nights living with hundreds of ants. So don’t bring food or sweets in room. Mostly I liked pizza in yummy burger and kids club. This is what all hotel should be. So repairs here I think doesn’t performed 10 years. Even small ones. I’m perfectionist and see it everywhere even when I’m sitting and writing this review in lobby and my chair handle is cut by knife 5 cm )) Mostly I like staying here, but I will never go to this hotel again.

Everything was excellent!!!! Good food, great entertainment during the day and in the evenings! We have been there for the second time, everything has improved even more. The views around the hotel are breathtaking!! Recommend for friends company and families.

I give 4 out of 5 because the bathroom need some renovation some things are broken and old and for a 5 star hotel this is not good, and for the mosquitos (last night I even killed a spider in the bathroom) the other stuff are all good, the stuff, the activities and the aqua park and the kids activities all very good for a family vacation. They have plenty swimming pools and the beach is with sand and very good for little kids. The food is very good and tasty.

The hotel looks beutiful , and in the night you can enjoy so much with music and dance , I enjoy this vacation so much in utopia Hotel. I love animatoin team so much they entertained us and care us. Night shows were really good i love best couple show i laughed so much

I liked this hotel so much! Delicious food, good chill zones, pools, sea. The entertainment program and the entertainment team were also at a very high level! There is always something to do in this hotel, you will not be bored at all. Wonderful people work here, who know a lot about good rest and are able to please any wishes. I will definitely come back here again

We would give this hotel maximum 3 stars. Terrible experience with the housekeeping. Only reception speaks english well, other staff speaks mainly turkish. There definitely was a language barrier with the entertainment team as well. Our room had mould in it. We told this to the reception and they told us to contact the housekeeping but they didn’t understand anything and didn’t take care of the mould. The sheets were changed only once during our 7 day stay. We had to constantly go and ask for our sheets to be changed but they kept saying “ok” or “in 5 minute” and they still didn’t change. Only when we contacted Simon the problem was resolved but then they didn’t change the sheets the day after as well, we got tired of asking for the same thing so we didn’t mention that anymore. They only cleaned the floors everyday and took the trash out, thats it. We know that they didn’t change the sheets because we accidentally made a stain on day 2 of our trip and it stayed there for the rest of the stay. Also didn’t refill our shower gel even after asking the housekeeping and reception for it for 7 times. The A/C was leaking, once the water from it dripped into my plate as I was standing in line and waiting for my food. Food was bellow average, most of the days the meals were repeated. For example day 1 - raw salmon, day 2 cooked salmon and day 3 salmon stew, day 4 sushi with salmon. Only the “Yummy burger” bar was worth coming back to. The cocktails were tasty. Poor internet connection, kept losing signal. As for entertainment, outside shows were really good, but the entertainment team’s shows were really low class. Is this funny for this day and age for a man to dress as a woman and sing songs? I don’t know. Their shows definitely lacked creativity and inclusivity because the kids were watching as well. Best wishes to the new guy that started working maybe on the 12th of july (sorry we don’t remember your name) and Abu who really tried to talk with us even though it was hard to talk with eachother in english. During meal time there usually were no free tables inside and outside people smoked everywhere so we couldn’t really enjoy the food. Ice cream was really tasty but it starts working only around 2 pm so that is definitely inconvenient when it’s 33C outside and you want to refresh yourself. The pictures of this hotel does not represent it. Other hotels are all around it, you could hear the music from other hotels inside ours. Definitely not coming back, not worth the price and I recommend for other young travelers to choose other hotels and not waste your money and time.
