Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at camel Valley in igatpuri! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, with lush greenery, well-maintained pools, and spacious rooms that offer a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The food was top-notch, with a variety of cuisines that catered to all tastes. The resort's amenities were impressive – from the spa and fitness center to the recreational activities, there was never a dull moment. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my room, which made for a relaxing evening every day. The resort's location is also a major plus – close enough to the city's attractions but still offering a peaceful and serene environment. Whether you’re looking to relax or indulge in exciting activities, this place offers it all. I highly recommend camel Valley for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

Have been with my family. My kids were very happy. Rooms were very spacious.. very fresh feel. Neat and clean property. Kids pool is very nicley and neatly maintained and very big size. My kids really had fun time. And there bird park was cherry on top.. my kids don't wanted to leave dat place... Overall very nice experience

Beautiful place and nice to visit with family and friends, Food is also taste, staff behavior is also good, rooms are also net and clean, I also get biscuits and chips and water bottle, tea as complementary, over all my experience is good must to visit.

This is by far the best stay I had at igatpuri. Reasons- 1. Courteous staff 2 Large, lavish, well maintained and clean suites with good furniture. 3. Entire property is well maintained and clean. 4. If at all you get bored by staying in rooms, which is highly unlikely, you can take a stroll inside its large campus. 5. Restaurant is large, good and serving sumptuous food. 6 Ample car park. 7. Amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse are well maintained. 8. Though I didn't explore, there are other amenities like - massage, sauna, magic show, clay pottery making for kids. 9. Rooms are super cozy with prompt room service. 10. Easily accessible. Right next to highway. Would recommend anyday to anyone. Would have given 10 stars if there was an option.

We stayed in the 2 bhk penthouse. The property is a bit dated and can do with better maintenance. Cleanliness was ok, the rooms were a bit dusty though. Food at the restaurant was below par. Dosa / egg live counters and hot Indian breakfast was better than the other items on the buffet. Overall service could have been better, especially from the management.

While the Mystic Valle Spa Resort in Igatpuri offered a spacious Premium Suite with a Living Room for our family of four during our three-night stay in November 2023, our experience was marred by various disappointments. Despite the promising description, the room felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and non-functional amenities like the Mini Fridge, Water Heater, Wifi, and Air Conditioner. The recreational facilities for kids, including the play area and gaming room, were either outdated or not operational. Our attempt to enjoy the unlimited buffet for dinner came with a hefty price tag of 699/per head + taxes, but the taste and quality of the food didn't live up to expectations. However, the silver lining amid these disappointments was the breakfast offerings, which were satisfying, and the attentive and helpful staff members who tried to assist despite the setbacks. Despite paying a significant sum of close to 28k (including taxes) for our stay for 3 nights, I couldn't help but feel that the experience did not justify the expense. Although Igatpuri is a stunning location worth revisiting, I will be more discerning in selecting accommodations, ensuring a better match for our preferences and expectations than the Mystic Valle Spa Resort.
