We stayed overnight while visiting family so didn't spend too much time in the B&B but we were both impressed with how comfortable and clean the suite was. It felt like every little comfort had been thought of, which we both really appreciated. By happy coincidence, we met one of the owners on the way in and she was lovely and welcoming, taking time to show us around and explain a few things. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely, cosy accommodation, very welcoming hosts! John sorted us out when we decided to go for a last minute break away, got the accommodation sorted for us… even included teas, coffees, milk, biscuits and stuff for the doggy! Great place and will defiantly stay again! Thanks both!

found this place online last minute & so glad i did, better than going to the local premiere inn as i had a self catering room, seperate room with sofa telly breakfast table and kitchen set up! sink cooker fridge freezer (which you cant even hear!) hosts supplied lovely touches like some biscuits fresh proper milk, not silly little long life pots then seperate bedroom with nice big telly to relax with and smart ensuite again with little things like good soap and even tooth pick flossers lol everything spotless and clean and fresh and comfortable bed ! will definitely stay again when visit family excellent communication, and meeting John great friendly guy 5 star

Stained duvet. The studio room is advertised as the cheapest room in Axminster. It’s a lovely room. The view is lovely. I was cold but the radiator was turned on for me and there was a heater. But I did expect clean bedding. What do you think? Is it acceptable?

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic view and The Suite which we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed and the hosts were great - gave us loads of local information. Loved it. We would love to go and visit again some time.

Netherleigh B&B is a super friendly stay. Excellent in hospitality for adults and doggy’s. It’s rich lush green shades are stunning, giving the tired Londoner the recharge energy that’s need , to go back and battle life’s challenges with a refresh! Thank you John and Sue for a lovely stay. Ana .

Property not at all as expected and very unwelcoming. We felt we were unable to stay despite payment having been paid in full in advance. Owners were abroad on holiday & initially unable to contact and would not refund payment or part payment. Unfortunately we felt we had to find alternative accommodation.

We arrived at the shabby looking property at 4.10pm. The owners apparently are on holiday in Canada. There was no-one answering the door & the mobile number went straight to answer phone. Eventually in the red hot sun we found a lady sunbathing in a bikini- she was just looking after the dogs and told us to go straight up. What a site met us- more like a residential home with a stale smell, old dingy carpets, a poky little room with a put up bed with sweaty satin quilt cover and pillow . The bottom sheets were like flannalette from the 1960s. The view from the bedroom window was a wilderness of unkept garden. No fresh crisp sheets or nice towels. Everything looked grim & dusty. Although I have lost nearly £600 it is worth it not to stay there! . I question the validity of the reviews.

This was a really quirky and fun place to stay. The host was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. Our beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the big deep bath in the bathroom, was very luxurious! The view was amazing and location was perfect. We would definitely stay again
