A little bit far away from the city but is considered ok as there are plenty of hired cars and the price is inexpensive. Hotel room itself is of good quality with reasonable prize.

We had a great stay .. the rooms were affordable, food were variable and good , location was very near kids attractions… we had a really good time

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made checking in and out easy and stress-free. However, there were a few issues that did impact my stay. Firstly, there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Try to call room service but it wasn’t working. Lastly, the food for breakfas at the hotel was decent, but nothing to rave about. It was quite basic. Despite these issues, the stay was overall good, but I hope the hotel addresses these small concerns for future guests.

Room: I was not informed by the hotel that the room they have provided me is for disabilities. The bathroom was without a shower screen which explained why there is no showering screen and the basin is low. cleanliness: They have provided two complimentary water bottles for us and 1 of bottle was opened and left 3/4. Room Amenities: The desk phone is not working when we dialed "0" for room services. I went to the front desk and spoke to their 1 of their front desk staff regarding my issues. she apologized and replaced the water bottles but end up the service staff did not come and take a look at the desk phone. This is extremely disappointing.

Stayed here for my brother convocation day. I would say its a nice location for my purpose, only took us around 15mins. Parking is widely available around the building. As overall from check in to check out it was a comfortable stay. The premise was clean and neat. The staff was attentive and courteous, could be tad bit faster though. Breakfast buffet was basic, nice food but nothing extraordinary.

I love the interior and the staff was friendly! Gonna come back to Ames Hotel.

Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. I mentioned my son's 2nd birthday and asked for simple decorations - they went above and beyond! The staff surprised us with beautiful decor and a special cake that made our little boy so happy. I was truly impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel's effort to make our celebration special showed their commitment to creating memorable stays for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile!
