Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff courteous and helpful. Surrounding apartment looks deserted, probably need more cameras surveillance. Safe environment.

They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay.

Room clean and the location near to the various attractive places like state zoo (zoo melaka & etc). Easy to find food outlet and the best thing, we can just go down to the lobby and from there, there is an outlet nearby where you can get food with reasonable price (and the taste was good as well).

When I got to the room, my access card didn't work. Their workers were very quick to get to the room and fix what was broken. THANK YOU

Location, good because near exit Ayer Keroh Not so good - amenities like towel, u have to request for extra even this room is for 3 pax. Other than that room is good Beds (1 single and 1 king) and pillow are comfy enough for 4 pax. Also got other amenities including breakfast for 3 pqx

The rooms could have been better cleaned and aired to avoid mustiness and dead insects/ droppings. Towels were well worn and thin, shower did not drain well. Security/ access to guest room floors were not controlled by key cards in the lifts.

room was spacious. building only had 2 lifts and one was under repair. lift was not working properly. need to keep pressing ur floor no, if not it will disappear. overall ok for a short night stay

Very noisy air-conditioning. The sofa bed was already broken yet in the middle of room. Room needs some maintenance. The place is also kinda creepy at night due to lack of lighting. You can get better value from other hotels nearby.

Above average hotel but each room is studio sized and has proper pressured hot and cold water baths. Amenities otherwise are rather basic so you’ll have to go out to get food even if you plan to stay in to rest. Room is spacious. It's like a loft apartment. Have bathtub and shower. Food is good. Appropriate amount of food selection. Location is not lively enough. Its new place. Parking is okay. Not really suitable for older or OKU people. During peak hours, taking elevator is a nightmare. Only 2 small elevator.
