A beautiful, green, quiet, and pleasant place, with a large, luxurious pool and a stunning beach, direct access to Nissi Street. Dimitrya from the dining room is helpful and lovely, the bartenders are professional and cheerful, and above all, the hotel manager, Mariana, provides personal and pleasant attention to every request.

I had such a wonderful stay at So Nice Hotel! Everything was perfect; from the amazing apartment which opened up their beautiful swimming pool to the beach in front of the hotel which was clean and crystal blue. Each and every member of staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was always greeted with a welcome & smile from the 2 doormen, the reception staff were always so helpful, the dinner manager was chatty and friendly and the beach barman was always on hand to make me a drink as soon as I walked up to the bar. I couldn't recommend it enough and I will be sure to head back! Thank you

I went to the hotel as a Hostess of an exercise and relaxation retreat. I booked 8 rooms for a total of 10 women including my mother and daughter. We were given a horrible, old, smelly room without hot water, a broken balcony door, dirty and mouldy. My client’s rooms were acceptable but they all smelled of mould. I requested that the balcony door was fixed so that we could leave the room at night to go out to dinner. They sent a man who entered from the balcony without warning while we were all wrapped in towels trying to get ready. He started fixing the door and i had to literally shout “sir please leave “ 4 times until he actually left! I had to take my 11 year old daughter to one of my clients’ rooms to shower with hot water, while my mother (72!!!) and I showered with ice cold water! The towels are so old and smell bad. The phone in the room was not working to call reception. The floor was muddy and half of the lights were broken! I asked for a change of room and was rold we would be assisted by a porter when we returned from dinner. At 950 pm i was at reception and was told that all porters went to sleep. I had to carry 3 suitcases and yoga mats with the help of my mum and child in dark pathways, up and down stairs!!!!! In the end the receptionists kindly helped us after i yelled that this is unacceptable! We were given a suite that looked like a honeymoon suite and were swnt off to sleep only to find out that my mum’s bed was not made and we had no towels in the room! At 1110 pm i had to call reception again to ask for bed sheets and towels. Only to find out that there was no phone in the room!!!! I called from my mobile phone. I was sent some sheets with a maintenance guy who just handed them to us and didn’t know how to make the bed. We were given NO towels and couldn’t even wash our face to get to bed! I called again for towels the next morning at 7 am but NEVER got them until i walked all the way to reception AFTER breakfast and got them from there. Reminder that i came to the hotel for a retreat weekend which I HOSTED with the purpose of relaxing and bonding with my clients!

booked a hotel for a big day at so white. when we arrived the room was dirty with building dust all over it. the next day they cleaned it better but not well enough. we were without hot water for three days. were told they would fix it. the door to the room could not be locked. we were robbed of 50 euros. they were unable to fix the door and had to change rooms. still no hot water. three days now without a shower. finally we were able to change rooms again. to so nice. a small room that smelled and had really hard beds. impossible to sleep in. now we could no longer talk to the staff. we were exhausted and the holiday was a disaster. we got dinner two days in a row for the inconvenience. but it cannot be compared to what we have initially paid for and been downgraded to. breakfast and dinner terribly bad. little selection and the eggs are a disaster. nice outdoor area and pool. that is the positive.

We have just enjoyed our 4th vacation in this special place. Family owned & designed, you will not receive a warmer welcome. 5 star luxury & treatment without the associated price tag. A picture speaks a thousand words. Come, you will not be disappointed.
