Nicholas Color Hotel

This is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

I wouldn't visit this hotel again Small pool. Not enough sun beds for guests. Not enough parking for guests. Bath towels are not changed daily. There were stains on our pillowcases. The two single beds were uneven (not the same high). So as a couple visiting the room, the beds weren't, convenient. The closets and the bedside tables don't have doors or drawers to close, so all your clothes etc are shown. Not even close to a 4 stars hotel. I don't recommend it. I wouldn't visit again.

I stayed here a couple of years back & unfortunately standards have slipped the buffet breakfast is mostly made up of lukewarm food at best & the food at the poolside bar ain't much cop either very dissapointing the only plus side is the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis

Recently returned after a lovely family holiday first time to Cyprus for all of us and weather did not disappoint. Hotel positives - very clean and modern with daily visits by the maids - reception staff very helpful providing extra pillows etc on request and able to give advice of the local area which was very central and ideal within walking distance of beaches, shops and nightlife - which was helpful due to the lack of entertainment at the hotel. Despite being advertised as having ‘regular evening entertainment’ this consisted of a background singer / duo on a Tuesday and Friday night. This did not cater to families who then had to resort to going out of the hotel to find alternative entertainment venues to suit a family - therefore not a particularly good use of the all inclusive package - which was a shame as the all inclusive drinks options was quite extensive compared to other places we have stayed offering a large range of cocktails, beers and spirits. During the day you had to be up pretty early to get a sun-bed in the pool area. The pool itself was lovely and warm which was an helpful as you were unable to leave children unsupervised due to the pool being all one depth. Unless you were over 5’7” you were unable stand up anywhere in the main pool therefore unable to play with the children - there is a very small seated / jacuzzi area at one end of the pool which got quite busy and an ankle deep raised area at one side but nothing in between for mid-age children or their under 5’7” parents! There is a very small children's pool with a slide however our youngest (5) preferred not to play in there due to the sheer capacity of children AND adults who took to sitting in there! Food - breakfast was as expected offering cereal, continental and cooked with the bonus of freshly made pancakes much to the delight of our children. Lunch - nice choices however we regularly ate from the snack bar as more accommodating for the family needs. Evening meals VERY repetitive with very little choice or variety for the children and even the adults becoming fed up after a few days ( thank goodness for mcdonalds which was literally next door) one very small improvement could be to offer ice cream as a dessert in the restaurant as other than fresh fruit there was nothing they would eat. While we would be unlikely to stay again with young children we would not rule out as returning as adults only holiday or much older children. Don’t want to end on a negative as we did enjoy our holiday and this was partly due to the stafff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome in particular bar staff Eleni, Anna- Marie and the lifeguard / barman/ waiter Pari who spoke to us regularly and interacted well with the children ( he needs a pay rise as never stopped morning noon or night 😂)

Really liked the hotel! Rooms were comfortable and cosy, air conditioning was a god send, shower was great! Cleaners came every day and are friendly along with all the other staff! Pool is lovely and clean but can get busy and sometimes there wasn’t enough sunbeds. The pool bar offered lots of seating though! The hotel in general was so modern and stylish and brilliant location! Lost 1 star for the food, in my opinion it was cold and bland and chicken was slightly pink the night we ate there! But my Dad really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall would recommend but am happy we didn’t book all inclusive

We had a very nice stay at Nicholas Color. The food was really good and had lots of options. There was different food everyday, and there was always something for the kids to eat. The snackbar serves toast, fries, burger, spaghetti and more between breakfast, lunch and dinner so we never went hungry. They also serve a variety of different drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Although the hotel is very central in Ayia Napa it is still calm at the hotel in the late evening. You will hear some noise from the karneval in the evening but when you close the door to the balcony it shuts out most of the sound. We traveled with two kids in the ages 1,5 years and 5 years old and they had a really good time. The staff was amazing, and really good with the kids. I have to give an extra thanxs to George, he was so lovely and service minded! There was also a young woman with glasses who worked in the restaurant. She was so sweet with the kids, we really loved her! All in all a really good and affordable vacation. I reccomend it!

Absolutely shocking , most rudest arrogant staff ever, food is absolutely shocking and has the worst option ever , staff look down to you and speak horrendous , don’t recommend at all, staff was lovely to everyone but English people as noticed , when you ask for something at the bar they look down to you Asif you shouldn’t ask , so surprised they have amazing reviews because the food and staff are shocking.

Had a fantastic holiday in this hotel. They had something for everyone & you can walk from the poolside of the hotel to all the main ***** yet close your hotel door & you don't hear anything. So much choice of food on every meal & tastes amazing. There is a little soft play area outdoors, pool table, table tennis, comfy seating & a lot of sun loungers. Manager George is the nicest of gents & the receptionists are lovely too. Room cleaned every 2 days unless specified not too. Hotel is beautifully decorated & lighted & very clean & tidy. Rooms clean & comfortable with phone, TV, fridge & all have a balcony with table & chairs too. Definitely will be returning

place was clean & their all inclusive is fantastic.Down side is their pool & pool area is quite small.if their guests would be in large group it could be so crowded.inside the room theres only paper cups. i asked if we could borrow 1 glass wine to bring to the room. but the guy was kinna rude in the restaurant & ask me to go to reception. & of course the reception ask me to go to the restaurant.i told her about it & so she called restaurant to bring me 1 glass of wine. How hard could that be…
