Asterias Beach Hotel

We have come to this hotel for the second time. It is excellent for families with small children. friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. We received a room upgrade. The big advantage is that it is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus.

I went to this hotel in May 2025 to celebrate a birthday (Lads Only thing). The rooms are very spacious and in particular my room which consisted of having a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Rooms are adequate and were kept clean throughout my stay. The food from breakfast to dinner is more than adequate with quite a large selection, however as usual with all-inclusive deals the food can become extremely repetitive. The drinks menu again is more than adequate and caters for all. The beach is well maintained and is within a minutes’ walk from the hotel. Entertainment is debatable. I you goto the the beach there is a charge to use the sun loungers (€2.50) and umbrellas (€2.50) which you will need if you go in July and August. To go into a Ayia Napa town centre you have a couple of options one of them is obviously to walk, I don't recommend this, taxi which will cost you €10 there and €10 back but right outside the hotel under a 5-minute walk you can catch the bus for two euros. I will definitely return to this hotel, this time with my young family. If you have any issues or any concerns that need to be resolved speak to no one else other than a lady called Anca. This lady has a open arms policy you can talk to her about anything and everything and she will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. Her communication skills and her knowledge of the surrounding areas are exceptional, and she is one of the reasons I would return to this hotel, she is a real asset to this establishment.

We had our wedding here and honestly could not fsult one thing from the start of our holiday until the end. The hotel & food choices are amazing and different each night! The beds are so comfy and everywhere in the hotel and on the grounds is so clean!! Thr pool is fantastic and we will absolutely be coming next year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! Gorgeous hotel, quality of food on offer was the best we have experienced in a European hotel, different themed nights each night meant there was plenty on offer. Immaculately clean throughout the hotel and grounds. Right on the beach and these are the best beaches I have ever seen. Stayed for a family wedding and would highly recommend. We received a reusable water bottle on arrival which is a brilliant idea and environmentally friendly. Nighttime entertainment could have been better but also appreciate the season was just starting so this may be different in high season. Rooftop bar opened on our last night which is beautiful. One thing that would make this hotel slightly better would be a more extensive all inclusive cocktail menu and also the option of all inclusive iced coffee. Watersports available either to the left or right on the beach and very reasonably priced.

I would like to comment about my deep tissue massage & pedicure treatment. We met up with Shaggy the next day near the outdoors swimming area of the hotel. He was a very friendly person and straight up regarding the treatment I wanted. Today I have had my deep tissue massage & pedicure done by Dwra, she did a wonderful treatment and I am floating in thin air - absolutely great 💯. I admired her treatment great and her professionalism. May her life be a success. I would 100% recommend this if you are staying at this beautiful resort and wonderful staff. Thank you very much.
