Atlantica Aeneas Resort

Can anyone help? Wondered what beers and spirits are available on all inclusive? We’ve read some mixed reviews and I only drink Malibu, so not sure I want to pay the price if that’s not an option! We’ve also seen that people don’t feel this hotel is 5* and more like 4… Thanks!

Lovely rooms, plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, bars serve strong drinks, first time at an all inclusive, food let us down but we accepted it wasn't it hot as i would like, plenty of choice at all meal times, omelettes cooked to order with your choice of filling at breakfast, dessert selection at all meals times unbelievable. not a lot around the place but everything you need on the site. great Tui entertainment team try to get everyone involved. some cocktails only available at some bars.

We have just booked a 10 nights' stay at this resort for end of May, after reading several amazing reviews, so we are very excited! We will be coming as a family with a 3 year old, any tips on what to do/where to do ? :) The beach looks absolutely stunning and so does the resort!

I have waited a couple of weeks to write this review as I have very mixed feelings about our holiday. We spent a week at the hotel during half term and whilst we enjoyed the trip and made the most of beautiful Nissi beach and the wonderful October sunshine I would not return to this hotel. The entertainment, for a 5 star hotel, is aimed mostly at young children. Apart from a solo singer in the bar by Reception there really is nothing else aimed towards adults. The outdoor entertainment area is pretty much an evening kids club. It is such a shame as the potential and space is there but the will to entertain adults just isn’t. The food was OK but seldom hot. The drinks were average and served in plastic glasses, even indoors. I completely understand the need for plastic by the pool but would have liked to enjoy a nice drink in a real glass in the evenings. I purchased a bottle of perfume on my outward trip and left it on the side in the room. Stupidly, I forgot to pack it and contacted the hotel as soon as we arrived at Larnaca airport to say where I had left it. I was told they would check with housekeeping but was told it had not been found. This left a sour taste in my mouth as I could tell them exactly where it was and even suggested they should investigate further but have had no more contact from the hotel. They didn’t care. All in all the staff were not very friendly but I wondered if that was due to tiredness as it was the end of season.

Really good family hotel. Excellent value for money near one of the best beaches in the world. This is the third time we have been back to this hotel as a family. The food is the best we have had as a family from a buffet. Try and get a swim up room as this will definitely enhance your stay. Only negatives are the pool is freezing. We also had an issue with a fault sensor on our air conditioning unit and TV’s signal is a bit dodgy. Kids club is excellent and the staff are helpful.

Last minute booking to this hotel and I must say I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. From the moment we arrived the staff and atmosphere of the hotel is above and beyond. We chatted with the public relations manager Anna and she was very helpful and courteous, and recommended places to visit and see.
