Eleana Hotel

This hotel deserves much more than 3 star! Hotel is new,rooms have great led lights,some of them have private pool. ( They arranged our because of our honeymoon) The food eas so tasty they have cheese bals and onion rings for breakfast and sooo many other stafs. Everyone is very kind, supermarket is so close I highly recommend!

Spent a week here in excellent conditions at a decent price. A mixt up of all flavors: from many young adults that came for fun to a few couples enjoying the old times. Extremely hard working and well custom oriented friendly stuff. Good food, rooms, pool and map location. Close to everything you might want to experience. A very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Hotel is very clean, with a pool and some rooms with private pool. It is located 5 mins to the beach, 7 mins from Ayia Napa square, a bus stop near by and a lot of supermarkets around. Rooms are ok, very clean and the hotel is not noisy at all. Stuff is super, supporting with everything you need. For sure a perfect hotel for a vacation

Nice hotel, everything was excellent from polite staff to the tasty food( especially Breakfast) we had a short stay but everything was fine) the hotel is next to all amenities, supermarket, harbour) special mention to Mrs Foulla F/O Manager

Great location, 10 min walk to the beach. 15 min to the shops/bars & restaurants. Hotel is clean and we found it to be quiet on our trip. Unfortunately the downsides- the food is not the greatest, especially of a night. The water pressure in the rooms dreadful. We found we was going to the gym most evenings to have our shower. Overall was a nice hotel due to location.

Best hotel I have stayed in in so long! Honestly we couldn’t have had a better week here!! Upgraded to a swim up room and a bottle of champagne left in our room to welcome us for my husbands 30th, it made the trip so special and we appreciate it so much so thank you so much!! The breakfast was delicious, hotel was so modern and we loved our room so much! Pool area was lovely. Location was amazing - so close to everything and we walked down for food and drinks every night, soo many beautiful restaurants close by! Free car park too with plenty of spaces also was fantastic. We got another bottle of champagne on my husbands actual birthday which was near the end of our trip, soo much attention to detail I was so impressed and I will definitely be back!! Also recommending to friends and family for sure.

What a holiday, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff. The hotel was immaculate, cleaners worked hard from early hours to make sure the pool area spotless and all sunbeds were lined up. House keeping were great and always seemed to be working. Didn’t have any problem getting sun loungers, no stupidly early starts just to get a sunbed which was a bonus. The pool bar provided snacks between meal times (we were all inclusive) cocktails, soft drinks and ice creams from 10am til 6:30ish so our family was happy as there was something for everyone all day. Variety of food in the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner. Constantly bringing out fresh food, fresh warm bread and there was something for everyone. A shout out to all the restaurant and bar staff, they were all so friendly and welcoming to us every time they saw us, a special mention to Andreea; restaurant manager. She made our sons holiday, nothing was ever too much and by the end of our holiday they had a lovely friendship and she’ll be missed by us all - she also works bloody hard! Rarely saw her stop, she was brilliant. Would love to come back again, just to know we’d be well catered for and looked after. Thank you Eleana Hotel!

Excellent reception service and politeness of receptionist Anastasia . Very clean rooms . Excellent sea view. Reasonable prices . Excellent quality and quantity of breakfast items. Highly recommended for winter , spring . Summer or even autumn holidays . At very convenient location at Avis Napa.
