Christofinia Hotel

Not sure what hotel has 4 stars for . Same type food in general . Breakfast - the same every morning . Soup is only one type a day and served only on dinner . Kids food - served separately only on dinner and had only 3 plates to chose from . Kids club - well is just a word about Room - no animators, you can play there and supervise kid in the room. You can have supervision for an hour however do not expect it to be professional child minder (same person who is making sales in the local shop and helps with towels. Towels can be changed once a day (have to use same ones you got in the morning ) . Entertainment for kids was only once During our stay.(The Show)No drinks are served to the table from the bar. Short of staff . No day entertainment. Evening entertainment happened only once during our stay (live music) Musing in lobby sometimes is not even played and it seems as a miserable place with loads of people overhearing conversations. Very small spa area (however lady does good job) Would I recommend it to my friends - most likely no ,if that only could be over late 40ies ..

Everything was nice 😊 Good location, a lot of beaches. Meal was nice, room service excellent. Evenings were remarkable because of bartender Georg. Negative impression was of lack of fruits but it may depends on the season. In general - very good hotel for such price

Had an amazing stay with my friend in this beautiful hotel right across one of the most beautiful beaches - Nissi beach. Room was spacious, bathroom was great, clean, housekeeping was done daily. HB service was perfect with buffet meals that were amazing. Breakfast and dinner had great selections of different meals, salads, sweets and drinks. Pool is spacious and offers wonderful relaxation. Hotel also offers varieties of additional services so there is something for everybody. Staff was very helpful and polite. Warm recommendations for everyone looking for a cozy wonderful holiday in Ayia Napa.

I had an issue with my room and the excellent team : Efi,John and Veronica solved it inmediatly. Thanks to them my holidays have been amazing. The hotel is very close to Nissi Beach and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. I really recommend this beautiful hotel 🥰

Arrived 3 am No separate rooms as booked asked to share. Refused so transferred by TUI to another hotel. Returned later in the morning. After talking to several other groups of people staying at this hotel, we found out that this had happened to many of them with some of them being shipped to other hotels for anything up to 3 days of their holiday. Some have been told it was due to maintenance problems. Others were told that they were overbooked. Hotel description. The hotel is described as a four star hotel, In our opinion, this was at best a three star hotel or less for a number of reasons. The description of the hotel advised that there was an à la carte restaurant. There was no such thing. There was one buffet section/eating area, which was used for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. The other option was at lunchtime, which was a snack bar near the pool. Whilst the pool and surrounding area were absolutely fine, there was a Jacuzzi area which at no time was operating. We were advised by other guests & staff that this had not been working for over a year, Therefore, we did not have use of this facility during our stay. Food & drink The standard of the food and drink at this hotel, we’re absolutely dreadful. Despite the descriptions of nightly themes for the food, this was not adhered to. The food was practically the same every single breakfast, dinner and lunch option. The dessert options were very poor & limited, and repeated every single lunchtime and evening. There were no fresh cooking stations at any time, except in the evening sometimes where a single option of a cooked meat was available. At breakfast, there were no egg station Which we and other guests were very surprised about. None of the food detailed contents for allergy or gluten awareness which we felt was extremely irresponsible. Rarely any fresh fruit. Food lukewarm. The local drinks that were offered were so vile that we ended up along with a lot of other guests going across to the local supermarkets to purchase drinks for ourselves. Most of the time in the bar we noticed all drinks were served in Plastic cups- while we expect this poolside and from the pool bar to not get your drinks in a glass in the evening was sub-standard for a supposed 4* hotel! This was also a feature of the buffet room, Not all the time, but generally most of the time. Bottles of water were not supplied to everyone in their room when they arrived. It was with great difficulty that we managed to get a starter bottle so that we had something to refill throughout the holiday. Some of the other guests didn’t even know they could refill their bottles so were buying it all from the shop we felt that this was a deliberate move by the hotel & the communication from reception was Rubbish. There were not enough staff to serve customers. Some people waited 15 to 20 minutes at both the pool bar and the inside bar for drinks. The queues were unacceptable and people were getting very agitated. As for the

Amazing place to stay!! Everyone is so polite and friendly. Food is tasty. Rooms are clean. Room service on top. Pool water amazing. Close to shops, restaurants and beautiful Nisi Beach. Massage was also an amazing experience. Shop on the site.

Read the reviews befor I came and was skeletal but on arrival the check in so quick free safe which you normally pay was a bonus the rooms are very nice and comfortable and there is a lot of choice for breskfast and the pool area was spacious and plenty of sun beds big praise for the Asian girl behind the bar non stop working and a great smile a bus just around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the beach been so hot and the clear blue seas are wonderful defo come back here without a doubt

Wery nice hotel, close to Nissi Beach. I recomend it especialy for familyes. Special thanks for the chef Takis Nicolaus who made our stay special with the greatest variety of food. All my appreciation to him, a wery nice person. Hope to see him again next year.

We arrived with my sister and brother in law @ 1am and was greeted by a man who told us that there is a maintenance issue and that you will be upgraded to a 5 star hotel up the road for 3 days. The following day we came back to the hotel to ask what the maintenance issue was all about. The receptionist told us that they had a pump issue in one of the blocks to the hotel. In fairness they did offer us an upgrade to half board but this was the only year we’ve come away just to do bed and Break as we normally do all inclusive but this time we wanted to eat out so the upgrade was not of any benefit to us at the time. We have since come back on the day expected to the hotel and they told us that our rooms will not be ready officially until 2 o’clock but they would let us in by 12. My question was if you’ve had an issue with the pump the rooms should already have been vacated and cleaned, therefore I started to smell a rat. So our arrival we decided to check out the floor where we were allocated and the cleansers were cleaning the room due to people moving out. we spoke to some other people on the same floor who had been on the same floor for the last so I feel the Chritofina has not been 100% truthful with us. I will wait to see what adventure is next and will keep you posted. So far not impressed
