River Rock Hotel

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the center but not noisy. The hotel is especially beautiful in the night lights. The staff is very nice at any time of the day!! The restaurant surprised us with a variety of dishes, everything is very clean, the rooms are toilets, and the outside pool area is very pleasant.

The hotel, staff and atmosphere was incredible. Location was perfect, walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. The weather was perfect very warm but not to hot. Will miss the staff they really were amazing. I have never felt so relaxed as I did at river rock. The staff are so kind so friendly and work incredibly hard a real credit to the hotel. The cleaners came everyday with fresh towels. First day there we had an issue with water pressure, spoke to reception and within 5 minutes a member of maintenance came to sort it out. The hotel is so clean the food is amazing. I've done a lot of all inclusive holidays and always found myself eating away from hotel. But the variety of food at river rock made me stay for every meal and never once want to go elsewhere. I have had many trips to Cyprus but my time at river rock has been the best experience ever. My husband and myself are in our 50,'s the holiday was a present from my daughter after a battle with cancer. I was at first very unsure if I would like it as it was a vibe holiday in Aya napa and lots of young kids, but we made friends with all the young ones. I would like to thank all the staff at river rock and that's reception, chefs cleaners waitresses bar man you gave me the best holiday experience and one I will never forget. This hotel is fab for young party people, old ravers or anyone with families. First class and highly recommended. Hoping to go back soon with my son and his girlfriend.

Amazing hotel. We're well travelled and stayed in so many hotels, including 5* plus. This far exceeded expectations of a 3* for us. Rooms lovely and clean, amazing and friendly staff with no issues getting a sunbed of we stayed at the pool. Location is perfect and shops across the road. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We wouldn't stay high season as I can imagine it's alot more livelier but end of September was perfect. We will 100% return. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Absolutely fell in love with river rock , Was impressed straight away, Room was very spacious and clean, beds were super comfy , all the staff we met were so lovely, It was my partners birthday and we came back to a lovely surprise for him, The pool was lovely and always an available sun bed, We are already looking at our next years holiday we can't wait to come back Thankyou River Rock

What an unexpected surprise the River Rock was! Last minute holiday booked for me and my daughter and we just had the most amazing time. The hotel was perfect - lovely mix of families, couples and some groups (who were never a problem at all). Pool never too busy and always able to get sun loungers - none of that rushing down at silly o'clock to reserve a sunbed! The choices for breakfast were so varied and plentiful and we also ate from the menu several times - lovely food and always something that my daughter would eat - apparently their pizza is the best she has ever tasted. No evening entertainement thank goodness so sleep was not disturbed at all. Music always playing during the day and a great mix of modern and classics. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and then a short walk to the town centre and the beach. The water is very rocky to get into so suggest swimming shoes if you plan to be in and out of the sea. Staff were amazing and although I couldn't fault ay of them, special mentions need to go to Katerina, Knesniia and Angel - these ones are an absolute credit to the hotel. We will return with the whole family!

This hotel does not have many reviews as it's mainly 19 to 30 year old so I will leave one as I'm over 50. Hotel Clean, great air con,fantastic staff'rooms are good pay for safe not fridge. Staff KATERINA IS THE BEST also Angel they work long hours very hard working. Pool Good pool but I'm 5ft 2 and can just tip toe in it so no good if a non swimmer. Alsoxneed quiet time play dance music on repeat but it's loud and no one up to listen to it so maybe don't play it until after 12 o'clock? Only saw children(toddler size) at end of holiday but wouldn't recommend. Always get a bed due to young people clubbing and not getting up so vsn easily still get sunbeds throughout the day. Food Okay although breakfast was limited but pancakes good, lunch is made fresh from menus and ao are snacks but buffet wasn't for me. Overall I would stay again if price was right but not all inclusive. Drinks are basic and cocktails are ok but amazing if you pay for them. Pool gets messy as kids (young adults) are scruffy and don't throw things in the bin so cups everywhere and the staff need to be tougher when they say no shisha by poolside!!! They're glass come on!!! It is a 3 stat as it states but ideal if you want to go up bar st (the square) as literally 5mins away.
