Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa

This resort has everything bar a beach although Lander beach is just 10 mins away and Nissi Beach is 20 mins away on foot. Service as excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurants are worth booking early as they book up quickly and the food is really good. We went fully inclusive and the buffet menu is extensive and changes daily and is very tasty. Drinks were plentiful from soft drinks to cocktails are were wide ranging and very good. The pools are plentiful and clean with excellent pool areas for children including entertainment Sun beds get allocated for the whole stay so pick your spot early. The bar staff and waitresses work tirelessly so you can enjoy your holiday. Management is also exceptional. We meet Marianne who very friendly and approachable. She managed to get our part of 4 into the Pan Asian restaurant which had been fully booked all week. She really made our last day very special. I cannot recommend highly enough this hotel and its amenities particularly the spa treatments. A great family holiday fully caters for families with young children

Exactly what I was looking for! I had a great holiday with my family, But the weather was pretty cloudy and sometimes a little bit cold. The service in the hotel is incredible! It is an incredible place for families with children, I recommend

This hotel/complex is completely breathtaking. The onsite resteraunts and bars are absolutely brilliant. All under all inclusive. The staff are so nice and accommodating they really make the hotel what it is. The arena is spectacular and the team that put on the shows deserve so much credit. Every staff member was so lovely, from the cleaners to the managers all were fantastic. We've not even left yet and are ready to book up for next year.

This Hotel ticks every box if you want a hassel free holiday! From the moment you drop your bags at reception the concierge steps in and you're aboard the ride! The rooms are immaculate and very spacious (I recommend a garden or pool room!) then there's the many restaurants to choose from, food from all quarters of the world. Drinks are premium quality which makes a refreshing change, and we've had many cocktails if I do say so! I can honestly say all the staff are welcoming and I'd like to say a big thanks to Andrea for looking after us at breakfast, and Maria in guest services also is a special lady. I'm booking again for next year before we leave!

This Hotel is the only one I’d actually return to. Made better by the wonderful staff especially the lovely Steve at the swim up bar, fantastic addition to this hotel & a stunning oasis. Entertainment staff too many to mention but Tay & Lewis stand out by far, even helping me with an issue I had with my wedding plans, wouldn’t have been as special without them. The shows they put on each night were so professional we felt like we were at a broadway show. Hotel management & staff could t do enough for us, even though our wedding was not in the hotel, they provided fruit platter & champagne on arrival, champagne breakfast in bed as our first morning as Mr & Mrs, & a candlelight dinner in the evening. Room was dressed with balloons & rose petals, more champagne & lots of little touches mr & Mrs slippers, and pillowcases. They really went above and beyond to make our big day special. Andrea in the main buffet needs a mention, buffet restaurant was excellent, food scrumptious. As it was in the Diner and all the al a carte restaurants. Entertainment during the day was good although I think more could have been done in that area. Grounds are stunning, beds are comfortable with choice of pillows. Allocated sun beds are a masterpiece if we didn’t like where we were put they can change. Stops all that getting up early if you fancy a lie in. Pool towels provided and always spotless. Everywhere was clean and perfectly sculpted the lazy river was lovely. The kids loved it, so did the adults. Rooms were spacious clean and modern with USB ports in plug sockets which take our British 3pin plugs which is a bonus. Hairdryers and straighteners work the same as in uk. All the bars serve branded spirits & have a varied cocktail menu. Staff are fast efficient polite and friendly too many to mention. Whilst we were there the whole place felt very safe and welcoming we were a large group of 30 due to the wedding and we will all be returning soon.
