Very friendly inviting owner, who helped advise on our trip home. Very comfy, warm and inviting. There was plenty of coffee and tea with some biscuits provided in the room. Very clean and simple check in check out procedure. Easy on street parking

Stayed overnight as had early flight the next day. Owner was really helpful - even left some treats for my kids. Really clean and very comfortable. Great value (actually had two rooms beside each other sharing bathroom - ideal as my mum was with us). Great Thai restaurant nearby and watched the rugby in the friendly (and astonishing cheap - talking £3.50 a pint of cruzcampo) Wallace pub. Taxi in morning was a bit of a rip off, but owner warned us it would be!

our visit there was the best : the hosts are welcoming and helpful, the rooms are very clean and tidy and comfortable. It is very well located if you want to reach the airport and the train station. I would totally recommend

Stayed here in a motorbike weekend travelling through Scotland and it’s definitely a jewel among the accommodation during our trip! Beautiful rooms lovely hosts overall very well looked after place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble arrived on a Saturday and hadn’t booked anywhere to eat, host recommended a little pub called the Wallace within walking distance and suggested we could have a takeaway in the sitting room after. Left us plates and cutlery along with the use of a fridge so we could get a little wine or 3 from the Tesco Express 2 mins walk away. Brilliant suggestion when you’ve been on a motorbike for 3 days just to chill and relax. Room was pretty, lovely sea view, quiet as at the back of the house, the main road was a little noisy as quite busy so glad we had room 4. Bathroom lovely whole house was well decorated and extremely- clean just like a home from home. Parking great both bikes fitted on the driveway which was a very big plus for us. Would thoroughly recommend staying here thanks to our hosts.

me and my parents only stayed the one night but we were very happy with the night we spent there, lovely hosts and it was a very clean and modern property lovely rooms and decor, also a very easy way to check in and out and its pretty close to ayr town centre we did not have the breakfast which was our choice but we would not hesitate to stay here again comfy beds clean smart decor rooms lovely bathroom and shower and also a bonus to be able to park on the driveway if its available all in all we were very happy with our stay.

This is a real gem - excellent value for a spotlessly clean, really well appointed, no-nonsense B&B. We’ll appointed and nicely decorated rooms with nice showers and snacks. Very attentive - from a distance - owners who can respond to any requests. For example we were missing a towel but it was no issue for them to provide one. Everything went very well and honestly I booked on price and was amazed at the quality. A cooked breakfast is also available in the very nice dining room
