I can’t comment on their hotel - I haven’t been there. This is a review for their beach hide away towards the north of Cunda (in Pateriça). It’s designed for hotel guests but non-hotel guests can visit for the day if they reserve in advance. It’s not the easiest place to get to even if you have a car - the road is poor - but it is certainly worth the effort. (I understand the hotel runs a shuttle to/from the beach for their own guests.) It’s a beautiful spot where the sea is crystal clear. Swimming or relaxing on their comfortable chaise-longs is the order of the day. There is good food available at reasonable prices (for the UK); the staff are very friendly. Of the various beaches that I have been to in and around Ayvalık, this is the best.

This 7 rooms boutique hotel made our journey unforgettable. It has Perfect location at the heart of old Cunda. Superb service and food. Open buffet breakfast with home made delicious cakes and jelies. Rooms are very comfortable; ours even had a hammock in the room. Had private car park for 3-4 cars. Owner and the staff were all very nice people.

Excellent breakfast and the rooms are clean and confortable. This small hotel is surrounded by nice local stores and fun restaurants. Very welcoming staff ready to help with the language and directions for guests.

Our first but definitely not last stay at Sobe Otel was wonderful. Our room was amazing, comfy and clean, the location is perfect. As a vegan and vegetarian couple, we had the most amazing breakfast with Egean ingredients, daily freshly baked pastries from Filiz Hanım’s talented and tasty hands. The manager Sevgi Hanım is so kind and strong in communication. Sobe Otel will be one of the reasons for us to visit Cunda, again.

Cunda’nın kalbinde muhteşem bir butik otel. Otelin kendine ait plajı bulunmaktadır, servis ile ulaşım imkanı sağlanıyor. Plaj bir Rum köyünün içinde tertemiz, yemekleri muhteşem. Plaj ve Otel Cunda için en güzel alternatif diyebilirim.

Bayram tatilinde araştırma yaparken bulduğumuz sevimli otel . Rezervasyon için aradığımda ne yazıkki çocuk kabul etmediklerini söylediler ve bu çok acı zaten küçük bir otel kaç tane çocuklu aile gelip de diğer müşterileri rahatsız edebilirki !!!

Araçla Cunda kıyılarını gezerken Sobe Beach e rastladık. Bilgi almak için kapıda ki bayanla iletişime geçmeyi düşündük . Fakat bu kadar ukala , bu kadar kendini beğenmiş , bu kadar karşısındakini aşağılayıcı bir insanla karşılaşmamıştık. Plaj ne kadar güzel olursa olsun ; bu tavır hiç hoş değildi. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Sobe plajda kuyu suyu var ve bulaşıklarda kullanıyorlar ve bize temiz çatak bıçak tabak diye sunuyorlar bizde onları temiz olarak biliyoruz o kuyu suyu ile elimizi yüzümüzü yıkıyoruz duş aldığımız yer bile kuyu suyundan geliyor hiç hijyenik bir ortam değil ben beğenmedim sobe plajı sizinde haberiniz olsun arkadaşlar gitmeyin başınıza birşey gelebilir hiç sağlıklı bir yer değil ulaşım sıkıntılı birde
