City Stay Beach Hotel Apartments - Marjan Island recensioner

Horrific. Bedrooms are very old and in need of repair, very dirty. Beach access is a small strip with 8 sun beds. Pool area has a few more sun beds. Breakfast is 40AED pp, not fresh at all. Save your money and travel to the closest mall (5 mins drive) for a nice fresh clean breakfast. Would not recommend this place at all, wish I never wasted money on it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at City Stay Beach Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. I initially booked a king-size bedroom, but upon arrival, I was informed that they were overbooked and that they would "upgrade" me to a room with a balcony, which I did not request. Instead, they gave me a room with two twin beds meant for kids, and this was the only option they claimed to have available at midnight. To make matters worse, early in the morning, heavy-duty drilling works began, disturbing everyone on the floor and causing multiple complaints. Although the drilling eventually stopped after an hour, the damage had been done. When I approached the receptionist to request a cancellation for my next night due to the terrible experience, they adamantly refused, insisting that they were in the right. I requested to speak to the manager, who displayed no empathy and continually lied about the rules being imposed by Dubai management. The manager offered to cancel the night and provide a voucher for a future stay, which I declined, expressing my intention never to return to this hotel. I demanded a full refund for the additional night I had paid for, but the manager persistently refused and repeated the same offer. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this dishonest hotel. The facilities are subpar, the rooms are small and outdated, and the overall quality is far from satisfactory. It's undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Ras Al Khaimah.

We had a truly lovely stay at City Stay Beach Hotel Apartments. The location is peaceful and just steps away from the beach, which made our stay extra relaxing and memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful throughout our stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a quiet beach holiday, this hotel is a great choice. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Very nice hotel especially staff. Food is very nice. We had the grill package. Food was very tasty. Fish finger was especially good. Rooms are good and the pool is nice. Especially akshay in f and b is awesome. Excellent service. He is a boon to any hotel... ...
