Strictly no drugs or illegal substances. - Breakfast is not included.   Please remember to leave the villa in the same condition as you entered. - Do not move any of the furniture unless permission granted. - Pets are not allowed. - Social events/party not permitted. - High noise gatherings not allowed. - Check-in: 2:00 PM (Flexible if there's no guest before you) - Check out: 11:00 AM (Flexible if there's no guest coming after you) *NOTE: Shooting/filming activities in our villa is prohibited.
