There's an option to rent the first floor of this home which has an identical floor plan including it's own screened in patio. Small gated community along the Scenic Ridge Highway with a boat ramp. Very quiet and peaceful setting yet just a short drive to all the best that central Florida has to offer including golf courses, theme parks, and great shopping.
