The hotel can do better in housekeeping, i requested for bedsheet change 3 times, yet they did not change it until i have to stay in the room to ensure they replaced it. Also repeated missed out on towel, toilet paper etc

Not very clean hotel in general, low water pressure further I feel that the rooms and public areas are outdated..

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

More or less ok. Because in Bac Ninh,not too many choice for a good hotel. This hotel marked 5 star but it is not value that. If in China it will be a 3 star.

服務員會中文，周邊有很多中國店，早餐也還不錯。毛巾有點舊，感覺黑黑的，還有點硬。拖鞋都是那種夾在大腳趾旁邊的，穿着不舒服，想換一個其他的拖鞋還沒有。

在當地來説，應該是蠻好的房間了。酒店早餐也還可以，有健身房和游泳池。設施有點顯舊了。但入住的人很多，價格相比較而言性價比就差點意思。但當地可能沒更好的選擇了。

도보로 한식당과 마트를 이동할 수 있는 아주 좋은 위치에 있다. 직원들은 훌륭한 영어실력을 갖추었고 항상 미소를 띠고 있었다. 식당의 쌀국수과 과일은 훌륭했다. 수영장과 핼쓰장도 좋았다.
