Seda Capitol Central Hotel recensioner

We never feel disappointed. We feel like coming home. The staff is well trained friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, we will not stay there at least twice a year!

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

The location is convenient, and the breakfast is yummy, the room is clean and well maintained, I think this is the best hotel in Bacolod.

We only stayed here for 1 night to have a meeting, for the whole period of our stay, the experience was positive. Definitely worth coming back.

best place to stay when in bacolod. love the service, love that it has 24hrs gym. Very clean as well. breakfast is okay too!

This is my family's second time staying at Seda Hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, always quick to acknowledge and accommodate any requests. The breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee, which was a standout! The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Seda for anyone visiting Bacolod. It’s truly the place to be! 😃

Good stay. Friendly, accommodating check-in staff handled a room rate issue smoothly. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect location-close to everything. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only downside was the rate inconsistency, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Would stay again and recommend. 4.5/5!

We had a very good time at Seda! Its location is very convenient with a lot of the cafes and restaurants walkable in around 5 minutes. There is also a 711 nearby. We called up for an iron & iron board and they promptly delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was okay, not too many options which I prefer honestly. A con maybe would be the room lighting. The room gets a bit dark when the curtains are closed, but it’s something your eyes can get accustomed to.

It was a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process were pretty straight-forward and quick. Buffet breakfast was good! I like the staff as well. They keep the brewed coffee coming. Room attendants were polite and greets you. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a high expectation of this hotel since I am from Bacolod City Philippines but I regret staying in it..It looks like a simple short time hotel in Singapore .It's not worth staying here.Food choices in room service are so few..As 3 persons stays in the room the condiments are bad..I should give good credit since it's my hometown but I'm Dissatisfied..

Very good stay with excellent staff and facilities. Air con good nice and quiet with really comfortable bed. Shower nice and warm . The breakfast was included and was excellent.I would not hesitate to stay again.
