It was a lovely place to stay we always stayed at this hotel every time we come to Bacolod friendly staff nice bfast.

Very nice and peaceful ambiance, we're able to relax after a hectic schedule, thank you.

The room is old and the bed sheet is a bit wet also the floor carpet inside the room is a bit moist and too dirty and looks dark because it seems not washed for a long time

The room was spacious, the breakfast spread had enough choices, the staff were all polite and courteous, the rooftop pool was great for swimming but they could have extended the timing. We loved that they have a spa and that guests get discounted rate. We had a great time and the massage was something to come back for!
