Breakfast is good

Найкраще, що могло статися в австрійських Альпах з мандрівниками: розташування, сервіс, сніданки та спа зони! До всіх туристичних напрямків і розваг 30 хв автівкою, маленьке приємне містечко з великим не менш приємним готелем з історією!

酒店在一個小鎮裏面，沒來及欣賞小鎮風光，是個温泉SPA酒店，也沒來得及體驗SPA，有點小遺憾，價格有點小貴😄

We came here for a long weekend as a family. The hotel is close to the cross-country skiing trails and we enjoyed a long walk our first day as well. The rooms are comfortable - I particularly liked that there was a comfortable place to sit in the room. The spa facilities are very lovely. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub with the view.

Really nice place and we had a nice time there. Only thing was the spa area was kind of smaller than expected, but it was fine enough. The info at our arrival from the reception was kind of lacking but we found our way around and the settled in at our nice room. It was better than expected, and we had booked half board. The dinner was great and the staff very friendly.. Breakfast was very well assorted as well so thumbs up for the food all in all.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Spa Hotel Erzherzog Johann. Our room was very spacious and nice, as was the bathroom. We also had a nice sized balcony. We didn't realize that we had half board and received dinner each night but we thoroughly enjoyed it as it was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also excellent with a very large selection. We seemed to be the only English speakers staying at the hotel in this rather remote area, although most of the staff spoke English and were very nice and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool was lovely and we took a swim everyday. The only bad experience we had and it was NOT the fault of the hotel, was on the Saturday night we were there, someone had a wedding reception right outside the hotel, which went on, with very loud techno music, until after 3 in the morning. We would highly recommend this spot!

A very nice hotel in an incredible beautiful emperor place of Styria, with the best view from your balcony. Very nice room with all the amenities, very kind employees, good but not special breakfast, not good at all the lunch snack, BUT an EXCELLENT dinner menu!!! Chef must only correct his crême brûlée. His caramel on top of it was not crispy and crunchy and strong at all. Was almost melted with the crême. The sauna, the swimming pools and spa really good.

Ich hatte 3 Nächte geplant und noch 1 Nacht drangehängt, ich denke das sagt alles. War rundum zufrieden! Hotel, Personal, SPA-Bereich und natürlich die traumhafte Gegend, einfach alles wunderbar!!! Ich komme wieder und kann das Hotel auch gerne weiter empfehlen.

Zirbenzimmer, wie immer einwandfrei und sauber. Als Stammgast fielen uns viel Veränderungen auf. Der Koch hat gewechselt, das raffinierte Essen von früher war nicht mehr, uns hat es trotzdem geschmeckt. Geht gar nicht: Wechsel der Handtücher, jetzt bei der Rezeption zu holen, kam mir vor wie auf einen Kuraufenthalt. Warum werden diese nicht automatisch jeden Tag von den Reinigungsdamen gewechselt, ihr seid ein 4 Sterne Hotel!!! Und das Wichtigste: Das Außenbecken wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes kühler, geht gar nicht, wegen des warmen Beckens kam meine Frau zu euch, konnte von ihr nicht mehr genützt werden. Mir hat am Nachmittag zum Kaffee der warme Snack gefehlt, jetzt nur mehr Aufstriche. Vergleich zum Hotel W. in Schönau im April war sehr gross, die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten für die Gäste sind abhanden gekommen. So verliert ihr immer mehr (Stamm)-Gäste, euer Hotel ist am Absteigen. Sorry, normalerweise schreibe ich nicht so umfangreich und kritisch. Es ist der Versuch, dass ihr euch wieder mehr um den Gast und eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen bemüht, das hat uns diesmal gefehlt.

Top Hotel mit netter Bedienung und Tollen Spa Bereich / Abendessen ebenfalls Top Hatten Hochzeitstag / Blumen wurden Organisiert und ein Glas Sekt ging aufs Haus In einer schönen Gegend zum Entspannen auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war / Kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Die beiden Spa-Bereiche sind sehr schön, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr nehmen, weil das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht (mehr) stimmt. Allerdings ist das Wirtshaus im EG zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön und bequem, etwas abgewohnt, aber noch in Ordnung. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.
