Very friendly hotelier. Clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here with easy bus access ti the slopes. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner.if we ski/snowboard this area again I’d happily stay here again.

Nice centrally-located hotel, great staff, comfortable rooms. Nice sauna in the hotel but there is also a Thermal center five minutes away. Good breakfast. Parking not far away. We got a room overseeing beautiful mountains. The only minus I’d say that it’s next to the church which is sometimes loud but at night it’s not that hearable. I’d recommend.

This is such a wonderful, boutique hotel. The staff and tremendous and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very well equipped with extremely comfortable mattresses. The bathroom contains all the amenities you need and the hairdryer even comes with a diffuser, for those that need it! Breakfast was self service with a wide variety of produce and you can have eggs cooked to your preference each morning as well. We had such a marvellous time that we will definitely be back ! Thanks to you all ❤️

A very nice and beautiful place. The staff was very nice to us and sensitive. The breakfast was very rich including an egg prepared to order. The room was well equipped, the bed very comfortable and a smart TV. Overall, it met all expectations.

I booked this hotel only based on the rating on ********** Luckily for me the ratings were correct because this is really a wonderful and newly renovated hotel in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. The service I received at checkin when I had some logistic difficulties was fantastic and then this level of service continued throughout my stay. The rooms are very modern and nicely decorated and the breakfast was wonderful. If you stay here then don't miss the opportunity to have a drink in the bar as the bartender is a music wizard. He knows everything about music and plays great music all the time. This is one of these places which I cannot propose any improvements. Book it and enjoy!

The most fabulous stay at this exceptional hotel in Bad Hofgastein. We were welcomed the minute we entered the hotel by the owner. The rooms are so comfortable,modern and spotless. Rain shower in bathroom was wonderful and the decor is very modern and chic . Location is excellent for all facilities in the town. Breakfast is a beautiful presented buffet and you can order eggs etc which were deliciously cooked and presented. The hotel has a cosy lounge and two nice dining rooms to relax in. All looking very homely and cosy and decorated with excellent taste. The is nothing to fault here at all and I would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again . Thank you Katharina and your lovely staff !

Wonderful hotel in a really good location. The staff were very friendly and really very helpful with any question. The interior of the hotel and rooms are very stylish and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I also really enjoyed the sauna. I couldn't have been happier and recommend to anyone. As a brit abroad with my son, it was great to get a real Austrian experience.

Ein sehr unkomplizierter Urlaub mit der Familie....das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.. hat einen ganz eigenen Charme....gemütlicher Frühstücksraum....gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück....ein paar kleinere Teppiche im Zimmer würden noch ein bisschen mehr Komfort mit sich bringen

Es gibt nicht zu beanstanden: Die Zimmer waren sauber, Sauna toll und lange geöffnet, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, nette Lounge zum Getränke genießen, historisches Gebäude und tolle Lage mittendrin im Ort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
