酒店位置絕佳，幾步可以到達小鎮最漂亮的區域。酒店主要客户是長者家來休養。停車很方便。酒店內設施非常豪華，温泉泳池，桑拿及公共休息區環境不比外面的温泉浴場差。進入德國，桑拿區是不分男女**，去桑拿區要尊重他們的習俗，放不開就不要進入桑拿區。

Wo Herzlichkeit auf Freundlichkeit trifft ... passt perfekt. Ich fühle mich dort sehr, sehr wohl und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, Service top, Frühstück war echt super große Auswahl. Lage super.

We had a good experience here. We arrived late in the evening, the hotel doesn’t give a good first impression. There is a vacant run down building across the street. The desk clerk didn’t speak English, you have to park in a very dark and crowded underground parking lot. It was difficult to orient ourselves at first. Once we got to our room, it was clean and comfortable, with heated tub and refrigerator, workspace. We were able to get dinner on premise and had a fantastic waiter, Yosef. He spoke English and was very nice. The food was good. By day, the experience brightened up. The desk staff spoke english, the breakfast was a large buffet. Very nice! The pool was really nice. It was crowded the time we were there with young people in town for a conference. This hotel and town offer a very authentic German experience. Many older Europeans come here to spa. The town was very walkable, nice and close to the hotel. Good shopping. We enjoyed the nearby park also. I wished I had taken advantage of another spa KissSalice in town also. We would come back here.

Great wellness area, fantastic cocktails, fresh breakfast, walkable to any sights of the town, great to spend a weekend and relax, I recommend nearby Thai massage Mayuri. Take a bottle and fill it up at some of the nearby fountains, healthy water at Wandelhalle, only few minutes by foot

Very large hotel complex with huge indoor pool. Rooms are extremely overheated (seems common in Germany) but ours thankfully had giant sliding door onto a balcony so we could cool things down. Very clean, large room, comfortable bed with non-feather pillows (yay). No toiletries provided except all-in-one squeezy bottle of shampoo/body wash, again seems common in Germany but no conditioner makes hair terrible! Breakfast was included with our room, a very extensive buffet selection including omelettes made to order. Swimming pool was amazing! Apparently there’s 2 different pool areas with different water temperatures- we chose to use the 30deg pool area which has grottos, spas, saunas, a bar and an outside part where it was refreshing to have your head & arms out in 7deg cold & the rest of you in the warm 30deg water! Perfect location to walk to the many wonderful shops & restaurants of the main tourist area.

85+ year or very sick and in need of recovery? This is the place! It's not a spa hotel this is a sanatorium. The pool area is worn out and so where the poor people working there. The breakfast room for suites were nice and quiet.

Insgesamt sehr gut ! Besonders angenehm war, dass diesmal im Hotel / Speisesaal / Wellnes/Saunabereich relativ wenige Besucher waren.
