Hotel is meer dan goed, gebruikt als doorreis hotel. Zal in de winter ook prachtig zijn maar wij zijn geen ski mensen. Ontbijt zeer goed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top, direkt neben der Skipiste, Sommerrodelbahn und Therme. Zimmer sauber und modern. Frühstücksbuffet bietet ausreichend für jeden Geschmack etwas. Viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vorhand und werden auch vom Hotel angeboten.

Die Lage in Bad Kleinkirchheim ist top. Gleich neben dem Römerbad, neben der Gondel und Pisten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer und ganzes Hotel sehr sauber.

We stayed at a Cooee hotel yesterday and this one is, remarkably similar, but that's not a bad thing. This hotel is also on the outskirts of the town with ample parking and enough in the way of facilities for you not to be tempted into town. That said, we only stayed one night! There was a warm greeting from the receptionist including a complimentary juice drink. The bar area was clean and tidy and so was the restaurant area. The food is a buffet (as was the other Cooee hotel) but was more than adequate but nothing fancy. The breakfast was extensive with something for everyone and was of a good quality.

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean with adorable, helpful staff. Location absolutely perfect - ski in and ski out. Opposite the main Gondola. Rooms huge with large balcony. Food varied and plentiful, breakfast was great. Solarium and saunas lovely...would have loved a hot tub or pool but that is the only thing that would have made it better. We think we were the only English there so if you are wanting other Brits then probably not ideal! 2 mins walk from ski shops and the Thermal Baths so pool available at a cost just not in the hotel. Can't fault this hotel and would stay in the same chain in other locations. Well done to all the staff who really were lovely.

The hotel is very basic, no frills, dinner is absolutely terrible, much better to just have breakfast and eat dinner in one of the restaurants in town. Breakfast is barely on a 3* level. Some of the staff are kind and helpful, some are just there. The parking was covered in ice and it was a hazard to walk there, they did not bother to deal with that. Also, the heating is so loud it keeps half a hotel up at night. There where people with kids that where screaming because of the loud noise the heaters are making. All in all, would not recommend.

Hotel carino di recente costruzione, situato vicino alle piste da sci e alle terme. Colazione e cena a buffet con un'ottima scelta di pietanze. Peccato che la tv in camera non disponga di nessun canale italiano e che non esista un frigo bar. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglietta d'acqua di rubinetto la sera del nostro arrivo e poi più nulla, è rimasta vuota fino alla partenza e ci siamo arrangiati. Non è stata un'ottima esperienza.

Eine tolle Woche im COOEE alpin Hotel Bad Kleinkirchheim – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich war eine Woche im COOEE alpin Hotel Bad Kleinkirchheim und bin rundum zufrieden. Für ein Low-Budget-Hotel hat es meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Barrierefreiheit – mein großes Zimmer war hervorragend darauf ausgelegt, sehr geräumig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war herzlich und freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auch der Service im Restaurant war überwiegend aufmerksam und angenehm. Es gab hin und wieder kleinere Kommunikationsdefizite, aber das Personal war stets bemüht, alles zu klären – also kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, sondern eher ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die entspannt und preisbewusst Urlaub machen möchten, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Ich komme gern wieder!

Hotel moderno e collocato a poca distanza dalle terme. Check-in veloce e professionale con rilascio di card per ottenere sconti in attrazioni e terme. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Colazione e cena ben oltre le aspettative con servizio cortese pietanze a buffet sempre fresche e di qualità. Disponibilità anche di sauna e piccola palestra gratuita. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hotel efficiente, camere spaziose e pulite, ben insonorizzato, letti comodi. Vicinissimo alla risalita del Kaiserberg ed al RomerBad. Colazione nella norma. Parcheggio a disposizione ampio. Se gli volessimo trovare un difetto, ceck-in solo dopo le 15,00 ed aspetto senza charme.

Trattandosi di un albergo con servizio self service a cena e arrivando da una pessima precedente esperienza (non della catena COOEE, beninteso!), siamo arrivati (io, mio marito e i nostri tre figli) in hotel un po' prevenuti... Abbiamo invece trovato pulizia impeccabile, stanze e bagni ampi (noi avevamo scelto due stanze comunicanti), cibo vario e abbondante sia a colazione che a cena (qualitativamente buono, considerando che siamo comunque all'estero), personale gentile e professionale (qualcuno in sala parlava anche italiano!). Presente anche una sala giochi per bambini che abbiamo ovviamente frequentato la sera dopo cena! Considerate che si consuma il pasto entro le 20.30!

Wir hatten uns für einen Nacht (Durchreise) für das Hotel und das Kaiserburgbergzimmer gegen Aufpreis entschieden. Unser Gedanke war hier, dass das Zimmer nicht vorne raus Richtung Parkplatz ist und es somit ruhiger in der Nacht ist. Jedoch war dies Fehlanzeige. ALLE Zimmer mit Blick auf den Kaiserburgberg und somit auch teurer liegen direkt über der Küche, Hotellüftung, Außengastrobereich und Spielplatz. Die Lüftung ist so laut die ganze Nacht, dass man manchmal denkt dass eine Kreissäge angeschlaten wird. Das Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer mit Standardausstattung. Die Betten können von einem Doppelbett durch ein Schienensystem zu zwei Einzelbetten umfunktioniert werden. Ansich sehr innovativ. Jedoch, wenn man zu sehr in der Mitte liegt rutschen die Betten sehr schnell und laut auseinander. Wir hatten uns zusätzlich zum Frühstück auch für das Abendessen (25€ p.P. wenn man es nachträglich dazu bucht) am Buffet entschieden. Abendessen sowie Frühstück waren sehr gut und super bzgl. Allergenen ausgeschrieben. Auch die Köche und die Herren an der Rezeption konnten einem Auskunft über das Essen geben. Das Servicepersonal ist meistens nicht deutsch/englisch sprachig, stehen nur herum und es wird nach einem Gast der Platz nicht gereinigt. Alles in allem würden wir es nicht einmal mehr für die Durchreise buchen. Spart euch zudem den Aufpreis für die „besser“ Aussicht.
