不錯，我中午12點到店，他們讓我提早入住了，很體諒。早餐的點心中規中矩，蛋糕做的特別好，衹是品種比別家少一點。

思ったより小さなお部屋でしたが、清潔で内装も可愛らしくて快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で感じが良かったです。朝食も大変美味しくいただきました。またチェックアウト後夕方まで荷物を預かってほしいとお願いしたら快く引き受けてくださいました。

酒店雖然舊，但十分整潔，住得舒服。特別要讃那裏的早餐，在歐洲來說是十分豐富及滿意的！最難忘的是那些烚雞蛋放在籃子裏面，還用布包着，我只看見他人在那籃裏拿，我才知道哈哈！

性價比很不錯，離巴登巴登賭場走路十分鐘，步行街走路五分鐘，房間配有熱水壺，早餐也不錯，推薦到步行街去吃飯喝啤酒。

We had a mixed experience. Room would be convenient to the Festspielhaus, but it’s a bit of a walk to the City Center. The room was basic but adequately comfortable. We stayed a month in Germany, and this was our least favorite hotel of the stay when considering all factors. There is an elevator.Breakfast was basic but adequate. Pretty dining area. Parking is nearby, but the older woman working at check in was very distracted and did not give directions. She seemed irritated checking us in which we did not understand because the only thing we asked of her was to tell us where to park. Maybe she was having a bad day? Later, a younger female desk clerk helped us download an app so we could park in front. She was very pleasant. Unfortunately, she told us that even though there is a 2 hour limit, we could keep adding time until we returned from our walk, but the app refused to allow us to do so, so we had to walk back cutting our time short, and add more money. Then we found out the extended parking was just on the other side of the playhouse! We had an irritating and unnecessary situation. At check out, I was quoted in euros for the amount we had booked, so I readily signed the credit card receipt. Later, we noticed that the very soft spoken woman we had at check in, had converted it to US dollars. We never do this because the exchange rate is much higher than paying in euros. She never asked us and in all of our other 30 nights in Germany on this trip, no other hotel did this. Ok, it amounted to only $5 US dollars more, but I advise people to check when they pay their bill. The experience at a hotel is often dependent on the staff and this woman left much to be desired.

The hotel is next to the festspielhaus and it’s parking. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very accommodating and supportive. The hotel is basic BUT is well kept, clean and offers everything needed for a short stay. The room was an adequate size with an efficient bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent supported by a very efficient staff. Great value for the money.

A small old hotel close to Baden-Baden city centre. We had to move rooms due to no wifi connectivity. Nothing great as such with the hotel. Rooms are small but delicate. The beds were cosy. No air conditioner. As it was still cold outside, there was no need for an ac. However, I doubt this will be the situation during summer. It's 10mts by car from the train station and 5 to 10mts by foot to the city centre. Wifi was breaking in between. Breakfast was moderate and was included in our room. Rate. Rooms had a bottle of sparkling water and small chocolate as complimentary. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They provided us with the city map and advised us where to go. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

Nice hotel and relatively cheap for this town’s standard. Good location, not far from the city centre. No airco, so keep that in mind when there’s a heat wave ;-) The staff is very kind. Breakfast is fairly simple but alright considering the price

J’ai mis 4 étoiles mais je pencherais plutôt pour 3,5 étoiles. Je commence. L’hôtel qui a une belle façade rouge est bien situé. C’est un petit hôtel. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville ce qui est appréciable. Accueil agréable. La chambres : meubles rustiques . Rideaux fleuris passés de mode . L’ensemble date un peu ,il n’y a rien de moderne mais la chambre est parfaitement propre. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ,nous avions froid ,donc nous avons allumé le chauffage. Après une après midi au centre ville ,la chambre était surchauffée ce qui nous a empêché de dormir correctement. La literie est un peu dur. Le gros point négatif est que les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc il y a de la lumière des 7 heures du matin . La salle de bain est très propre . Pas de mini bar mais une bouteille d’eau pétillante nous est offerte. Il y a une une bouilloire. La télévision est bizarrement placée ,pas du tout dans l’axe des lits . Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être fou. Pour les viennoises ,seulement des petits croissants. Pain allemands ,pas de baguette. Confiture ,Nutella . Fromage ,charcuterie. Bref ,un hôtel convenable pour un week end mais pas plus .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était propre, un peu vieillotte à mon goût, la salle de bain est très petite, le petit déjeuné est plutôt correct. La literie est à revoir. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé quand on va à des représentations au Festspielhaus.
