The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and dinner was first class and plenty of food. The service at the hotel by all the staff was excellent . Close to all the action yet very quiet stay. Plenty of hot water for showering . Air conditioning made the room pleasant. Excellent excellent excellent

Everything is great for me!! Room - it is really clean. Furnitures are fancy:) Food - Everything is tasty. Dinner menu are salad, soup, main and dessert. I love a dressing of salad. Soup is perfect. It is warm so it is good for a bit cool temperature in Ella. I can taste mushrooms. It is the first time for me to have mushrooms in Sri Lanka. I like mushrooms so was so happy:) I chose a deep fried chicken as a main. That’s great as well. The combination of deep fried chickens and mush potatoes was tasty. The dessert, cut tropical fruits are fresh and sweet. Workers - they are so kind. I feel really comfortable:)

Rooms were clean and food was really good! The view from the hotel is very nice. The staff were really polite and were there when you need anything. There’s an amazing swimming pool with a view as well. The prove of the hotel is pretty affordable as well. I would visit the hotel again.

Terrible experience from the beginning. No one at the reception to welcome us. Rooms were without air-conditioning and they were very hot without proper ventilation. Staff was in experienced and rude. They refused to provide additional coffee sachets saying that they can only provide one each for a person for a day! Food was average quality lack of variety.

A great hotel in Ella. It is located on a side street from the town but within easy walking distance. It didn’t seem there was a lift in the hotel if that is important to you. Hotel was very clean and basic. Wi-Fi was intermittent in our room. Dinner was western food cooked to order from a set menu. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was all very friendly.

I personally had a bad experience at this hotel. Beds are not comfortable at all the bedsheets seemed very old. Rooms are not very clean. The walls are all spotted and the curtains are close to be black because of the dirt. No privacy in the room.The hotel has no elevator and the stairs to the rooms is not clean at all. The restaurant has a very minimal variety for breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel!

Dined in at 88th Ella Hotel and enjoyed a tasty meal. The service was everything you would want it to be. Nice venue to dine in. Wait staff attentive and service was prompt. Would recommend this venue to all that visit Ella. The price to eat here was very reasonable.

very simple hotel, one star, not worthing the money, no AC, the room is hot, reception not available all the time, if ordered some foods to the room it will delay for sure, breakfast is good, not to many staffs in the hotel. cupboard is small and not enough for the lengthy clothes

It's a night and morning stay. Nice and comfy hotel with simple Jacuzzi and food is good with some experienced and very friendly staff. Good place to stay surrounded by few nice restaurants and bars. Walkable distance from to town for any simple shopping.
