I really liked how humble the staff was and the hotel is near to the river front. The breakfast and dinner options were also good, the hotel was close to beach,super market and pubs. I really enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a stay

This is good place to stay. Staff is co-operative n polite. Rooms are cleanly maintained. Location is 3 km away from Baga or any Beach. Breakfast food quality and service both are very poor. It's not cared to serve at least hot. Even hot milk is not hot for Cofee making. Hence nobody of my group of 20 people had lunch a NH d dinner outside hotel. Even at next to resort restaurant. Need good Manager n some staff replacement. Fortunately energetic , young n talkative lady crossed at checkout counter on day of checking out . It was her just joining day. Hope required changes will be happened.

Highly recommended. The ambience and the service of the hotel is very good. All the staff is very polite and supportive. The room has all the required amenities and is good enough for the couple with the kids. The breakfast buffet is also quite good.

We stayed in this property from 15th Aug-17th Aug. This property does not even deserve 1 star. We booked it through Makemytrip. Listing the problems. We stayed in the luxury room 1. In one room ac was not working for the 2 nights. When we checked in we informed the issue and in the night 12 am they asked us ti change to other room. In the new room also ac was not working. When we mentioned the same to the reception, they argued ac is functioning. Ac was running continuously for 2 nights but the gas was finished and thats why it was not cooling at all. The manager did not even pay heed to our issue and after 2 night stay they changed the gas on the third night. If you are charging us for luxury room then ac is the basic facility that should be provided. 2. On the 16th Aug, during breakfast there was shortage of food and people will literally taking puri from waiters serving plate. Really horrible experience. 3. Cupboard was broken in one room 4. balcony was very dirty 5. Interior work was going on in the night and the entire corridor was dirty. Attached all photos and video as proofs When we checked out and mentioned all the issues to makemytrip the hotel people denied all the issues despite providing all the proofs. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. THEY HAVE JUST UPLOADED AI GENERATED PHOTOS. ITS A 1 STAR PROPERTY

Second time here, Hotel is decent, staff is very friendly and attentive. rooms were cleaned properly. However, management need to make sure to ensure that all the equipemts in the rooms are working properly. I was in 114 and its telephone in the living room wasn't working, TV remote was out of batteries, fridge in the room was on but wasnt cooling at all. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfast was extremely repetative. Need to add more european options like - Sausages, muffins, More juice options. orange juice in breakfast tasted more water then the juice itself. It was strange that you guys charge for cheese omlette in breakfast. WHY??
