Clarks Inn Badami

The clarks should remove the name from this hotel dhaba is good far better from this hotel rather then going this hotel go any lodge staff is worst no proper management,they don’t have any executives or managers they can speak in English

Really poor service . The hotel has deteoriated in quality . While the food was better than usual , the staff serving the food was terrible . Inexperienced and no clue what good service was about. Compound that with torn towels in the bathroom and it's loud , noisy and terrible location right in the middle of the city , it's an avoidable hotel

I recently stayed at Grand Clarks Inn in Badami, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a modern design while reflecting the local culture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Clarks Inn for anyone looking for comfort and hospitality in Badami.

Perfect location but service is really lousy. The sanitaryware in the bathrooms are stained. The room service forgets to bring the order. The restaurant attached to the hotel, The Bridge, had lazy servers. It is small and so when breakfast is served the guests have to wait next to the occupied tables for the occupants to finish eating so that they can get seated. The waiters at the restaurant too forget the orders.

The rooms are spacious and gives clear view of the badami caves and fort from top floors. Space is clean and very comfortable for your Badami stay. Special thanks to Mr. P Banerjee and other staff for going out of their way and helping me out for a special occasion.

Monkey poop on the windows, air conditioner showing E6 error, complete negligence on behalf of the staff, living in hazardous conditions and still being told everything is ok and it’s problem with us… name it and there was a big issue with everything. We had reserved 3 rooms for two nights. Since day 1 We had a problem with the ac since day 1 and we’re asked to keep it on low mode- then on our last evening the air conditioner completely broke down. On complaining they sent a person who was not aware of technical problems of an ac. They told us the ice was over in the ac. The reception staff also said the same and in the last 2 hours before we had to leave they offered to change the room finally. The general manager and the staff was super negligent about their low maintainence standards that can be hazardous for the guests. Second problem was each bathroom was full of flies and moths. So much for the expected standard of such a hotel. We had guests from abroad all these problems were embarrassing! And the air conditioner problem was hazardous. Now this was about the room. Coming to the restaurant. Untrained staff- we had to tell them what to do. Food was of extremely poor standard- so much so that the small shabby restaurants outside the hotel were our saving grace. Also for 5 people they always served us food and drinks and plates for 4 people. No apologies from the serving staff. We paid 6000 per room for each night for nothing. Sheer waste. Very corrupt hotel in charge to be keeping guests in such hostile conditions.
