Great 1 x nights stay. Room in the main building was nice (Generals Room), nicely decorated and super comfortable bed. Shower was also super powerful. We went to the BBQ night which was good (but not fantastic), the service however was excellent - The waitress really went out of her way and into the cellar to find us a bottle of New Zealand white. We also met the master brewer who was also very friendly and knowledgeable - I recommend the wheat beer! Breakfast was also very good.

I adore places that manage to welcome the local life and Culture. The people at Broløkke has truly managed to do that. I personally met plenty of locals at Broløkke and at the new festival, they all had plenty of compliments for the place. It is understandable since the people at Broløkke has managed to preserve the historic place, but also enhance the quality of the experience with som well balanced modernisations.

I rarely complain... But as our day was ruined I can't keep quiet! We had booked a table for brunch/lunch as a special treat for a friends birthday. We arrived and the table wasn't ready as there had been a wedding the day before. All the staff were running around in chaos, shouting and arguing. It was not OK. Then the food... A horrible Ceasar salad, a tin of salmon, dry bread, cheap cooked meat from a packet. And it was very expensive for a tin of fish dumped on a plate. It is a lovely place but we won't bother again.

This is really a "hidden gem" on the beautiful Danish island of Langeland. Nestled in the south-eastern part of the island it exudes the splendor and history which the island so richly offers it's visitors. The new owner has really spared no expense and made no compromise in the impressive restauration of this exquisite manor. It has excellent overnight accommodations, a superb restaurant and it even has it's own world class brewery with own labels and more. I could not more highly recommend this place!

The New Year Party 2022 was very good, good food, excellent wines and the orchestra (2 guys) kept the good spirit the whole evening, even guest were from kids to people in their 70'ies. Everybody had a good time. We did not sleep over, the place was fully booked, but we stayed close and the Boss drove us home late in the night, good service.

We were shocked to find that the whole place was a building site. It has just reopened but the refurbishment is nowhere near complete. We drove along a field to enter the back of the courtyard past a huge lorry and though a large cloud of dust. The nice receptionist/waitress did her best. Our bedroom had only a very thin net curtain so we were awake at 0430 when the sun came up. The builders outside started work at 0700. Breakfast was OK, but we didn't expect to be sharing the breakfast room with a large group of builders. The WiFi was very limited and only seemed to work in a small area around reception. Our check-out experience was truly appalling, with a disgracefully rude gentleman. The place shouldn't be open yet. We paid 2,400 DKK = £300 for this awful experience.

Behagelig oplevelse Venligt, smilende og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Det samme gælder personalet i restauranten - i det hele taget en god oplevelse at besøge, spise og overnatte på Broløkke Herregård.

Vi var virkelig skuffet over den spartaske "klostercelle" vi fik tilbudt... intet gardin, der kunne trækkes for, men blot et simpelt rullegardin, der gjorde at du ikke kunne have vinduet åbent. Ingen el-kedel, intet TV, en enkel kedelig stol der lignede noget fra en gammel skolestue, ingen info om roomservice osv. Værelset virkede halvfærdigt, men da vi spurgte om det kunne være rigtigt, var svaret, at det var helt færdigt. Nej tak - vi kommer ikke igen!

Lækkert sted med masser af potentiale Lækkert sted. Helt nyt renoveret gods med smuk værelse i svensk nostalgisk stil med flot badeværelse og god seng. Kostalden er ombygget til et lækkert spisested, hvor vi sad ude om aften og fik deres hvedeøl fra eget bryggeri. Det var nice. Morgenmaden til gengæld var kaotisk. Til trods for masser af bordplads i den gamle hovedbygning blev vi gæster stuvet sammen i et trangt lokale og sad som sild i tønden med kamp om pladsen ved buffeten. Ikke en god oplevelse. Det virker som om personalet burde have mere fokus på gæsterne end effektivisering af deres egne processer. Men alt i alt et godt sted til prisen.
