Antico Convento San Francesco

The building is monumental, the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. There is a wide range of possibilities for activities in the hall, a heaven for children with a Vespa and a piano included. Our room was simple, nice and clean, suitable for a family with many children. The breakfast was rich and delicious. There is a patio surranded by the building. Our children had so much fun running around there. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and peaceful. I wish we could have extended our staying.

We stayed 1 night at this overwhelming accommodation in the Lunaria room. Beautiful and stylish decorated. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with all your requests. In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast. Antico convento San Francesco is a must stay in the historical village of Bagnacavallo.

Be aware that there is no air at this hotel. Other than no air we had an amazing stay. I would definitely return during a cooler season. All staff was polite and kind. Breakfast was amazing and included with the price we paid for the room. The lady at the front desk called and secured taxis for us in the morning when we did not want to walk to the train station with all of our luggage in a heat wave. We will definitely return.

We had our wedding at the Convento in September. Not only was it a beautiful setting and an ideal location close to several bars and restaurants, but Fulvia and Paolo were so helpful and hospitable we felt as if we were staying with family. We hired all the rooms for our guests arriving from the UK, and all of them reported comfortable accommodation and an excellent nights sleep —my mother said the best she had slept in years! The Erbe Palustri room was an ideal bridal suite, and myself and the bridesmaids had lots of space to get ready on the big day. My family found all the themed rooms very beautiful and entertaining. The unique and historical setting of the Convento was an amazing setting for our wedding, and we are so glad we chose to have it there! There was plenty of space in the beautiful garden for everything we had planned. There were lots of beautiful spots to take photos. All our guests enjoyed a varied breakfast the next morning, and in particular enjoyed trying proper Italian coffee. Overall it was a perfect day for us, and a lovely stay for all our guests! We would highly recommend the Convento for stays or events in Bagnacavallo! Thank you again Fulvia and Paolo! ❤️

Siamo stati una sola notte, ma io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo. Il recupero del convento è stato fatto in maniera eccellente e ho percepito fin da subito, dalle conversazioni telefoniche gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dei ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Camere semplici ma ben curate, molta attenzione nella pulizia sia della stanza che della biancheria e asciugamani. I ragazzi trasmettono entusiasmo e conoscenza della struttura e del loro territorio. Posto incantevole situato nel centro storico di Bagnacavallo dotato di un ampio parcheggio. Il borgo è davvero accogliente e caratteristico. Il sabato c'è un piccolo mercato. Siamo rimasti affascinanti dalla piazza Nuova ... Andateci perché è davvero caratteristica. La struttura che ci ha ospitato è molto ampia, trattandosi di un ex convento, adatta a chi vuole davvero staccare la spina e vivere i giorni di pernotto in calma e tranquillità. Molto puliti, personale gentile. Colazione abbondante e buona. Nell'atrio è presente un bellissimo pianoforte a coda e per chi sa suonarlo... Renderà quell' ambiente ancora più suggestivo !
