Stayed there for 5 nights with my family (2 rooms) from 09th to 15th April and stay was fantastic. very descent accommodation and the location is absolutely convenient as just few steps away from Gallini Metro Station and a huge Auchan Super Market. Co-operation of the staffs must be appreciated and they helped us out on various matters right through out our stay especially to keep our luggage while we were out in Rome and Pisa for 5 days. Cleanliness is an exceptional of this hotel though no turndown service is available for the stays lesser then a week. The price is also very reasonable as far al the location is concerned.

Inhumane service! I stayed at this place for almost 20 days. I felt sick and the hotel called the ambulance. I was hospitalized for 3 days at Tenon Hospital (Paris), when I returned to the hotel I had a terrifying experience. They entered my apartment without my consent and charged me 640 euros because my apartment was dirty (it really was, but they didn't give me the opportunity to clean it). The worst part was that I arrived sick and the manager, Alessandro, gave me 30 minutes to pack my things and leave. I stayed on the street, sick and with suitcases looking for a hotel. I had panic attacks and had to return to Brazil after this experience.

Almost perfect. Advantages: very clean, warm, large bed, new mattress and pillows, opening window. The kitchen equipment has everything you may want. The stuff is very polite and helpfull. Disadvantages: too warm at night and early morning, I tried switching off the radiator but the heat was there whatever I did, An extra bedsheet would be nice so I wouldnt have to cover myself with the quilt. The TV has only one channel with movies in english (which I had to adjust to english from the settings) and everything else in French. Breakfast is nice but a little overpriced (no eggs or fruits), however coffee was excellent and the serving lady was so sweet and smilling. No hairdryer and although there was a laundry service there was no vending machine to buy soap.

Surprisingly positive experience, would rebook again without hesitation and would recommend to anyone looking for absolute value for money. It's right by the metro, great bakery near the building, room was spotless everything new and clean and all the staff was nice.

You can run out of water for several hours at any time. It's not recommended for an occasional tourist passing through Paris and not recommended for tourists who will attend the next Olympic Games in 2024. They don't clean the rooms. Hotel not recommended.

Méfiez vous ! En plus de payer des taxes de séjour exorbitantes non prévues au contrat, vous serez impitoyablement prélevé de la totalité au moindre pépin. Inutile de tenter d'expliquer votre situation, vous n'êtes que du bétail qui n'a qu'à aller ailleurs si vous n'êtes pas content.

Vicino Parigi. Max 20 m e siete all' Louvre. La metro è di fronte casa idem i pullman. La camera è piccola ma con tutti i confort e soprattutto pulita e calda che d'inverno è fondamentale. Sopra la metro c'è un centro commerciale con all'interno un supermercato. La zona è tranquilla. Consigliatissimo per vedere ogni zona di Parigi perché entrati in metro vi potete spostare ovunque. Struttura nuova e curata con angolo cottura con anche sapone e spugnetta, forno a microonde, bollitore, tazze, bicchieri, pentole, padelle, posate, tagliere.

Buena ubicación, cerca de un gran supermercado, cerca del Metro 3, buenas conexiones. Con cocina y en mi caso un baño grande. Sitios económicos para comer cerca. Sistema de apertura de puertas con tarjeta y clave. Barrió tranquilo y bien comunicado. Volveria a este hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Residence. Sembra più un campus studentesco. Molto pulito per i canoni francesi. Alla reception abbastanza gentili. Ottimo per visitare Parigi. C'è la metro a 100 metri, così come la fermata dei bus. Ci sono 2 boulangeries vicinissime. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un centro commerciale. E sotto l'hotel c'è uno street food a prezzi contenuti in cui si mangia bene. In 25-30 minuti si raggiungono i maggiori luoghi di attrazione.
