This spacious apartment is situated in an old restored farmhouse, on a country estate with a swimming pool just outside the village of Bagnoregio, just 9 km from Lake Bolsena.
The apartment is on the ground floor and from the loggia you step into the large, cozy kitchen. During cooler days you can enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table near the large fireplace. The fireplace, together with the regional furniture, terracotta floors and vaulted ceiling in the cozy living room, give the apartment an authentic look. Outside is also a good place to be. You can sit in front of the house in the sun or shade or cool off in the pool.
Shops and a restaurant are located at 2 kilometers in Bagnoregio. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves at the Lake of Bolsena. This lake is the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Due to its central location, the apartment is an excellent base to explore the area. Visit for example the towns of Orvieto, Viterbo, Todi and Terni. But Rome, Florence, Arezzo and Siena are also easily accessible by car or by train.
