Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and had the most wonderful stay. The staff are all friendly and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. The spa area is well maintained and the staff do their upmost with keeping it clean and tidy. It was great to see Ben again, who is always friendly and works tirelessly. The treatments at PennyHills are exceptional, definitely worth the money. We had Abbie again who is without doubt one of the best therapists I know. The food is wonderful, 2 staff members who really made our stay is Roy and Mo. They both provided us with exceptional service, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would also like to mention Adam who dealt with a minor issue with our room service with such professionalism. Our room was in the main house and was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful view of the outside pool. The housekeepers came in daily to refresh our room, a big thank you to them. Finally, our stay would not have been the same without the front of house team. So many staff members to thank, Natalie being one of them. There are 2 members that I particularly want to mention: Natasha, always greeted us with her friendly smile and again nothing was too much trouble. We cannot express our gratitude enough to the manager of this area - Jay. He is such an asset to PennyHills and always took the time to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. Fantastic customer service where it is clear that guests are an absolute priority. We look forward to seeing you all again soon, thank you so much for making my Birthday special.

We visited Pennypark Hill in the pre-Christmas season. Customer service is impeccable. Food is delicious, particularly in Latymer, where it is impeccable. Rooms are cozy and elegant, boasting beautiful views looking on to the grounds. I enjoyed what was perhaps the best facial I ever had at the Spa and the pools and gym facilities are top-notch. The most important part and most memorable part of our experience was the kind attention we received from the staff from the first minute we walked in. Bianca, Amy, Ayumi and every other staff person with whom we interacted were the epitome of professionalism and kindness. We were made to feel as though we were visiting the home of a (very rich ) friend. If you’re looking for a very, very special overnight or weekend out of London, Pennypark Hill should not be missed.

A beautiful place for a relaxing night away. The spa facilities are unmatched and the food fantastic. Rachel Stevens went out of her way to make our visit special for our friends birthday. Would highly recommend a visit and can’t wait to come back.
