Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

We arrived with not knowing what to expect, but we were blown away, the hotel is stunning! Our room was perfect, very spacious and beautifully decorated. We visited the spa area, both indoor and outdoor pools were great. In the evening we ate in the restaurant and the food was fabulous. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing stay for a special birthday,everything was just perfect down to the room,spa experience and the most wonderful staff,breakfast was amazing with so much choice and the staff couldn’t have made us feel anymore welcome throughout our stay,left feeling very relaxed

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was top tier. Staff were very attentive and easy to speak to, in particular Tasha, Olga and Sakkain. From arrival I was treated with respect and professionalism. My luggage was taken to my room for me by Tasha which was nice after a long drive. On arrival to the room I did not think it suited my needs so contacted Tasha and asked for a room change. Tasha was on it immediately and came and offered me a free upgrade to a more suitable room. I have a disability and have issues with my mobility, I really wanted to go on the nature path however thought it would be difficult as there was a load of stairs and steep hill to get on it. Olga at reception was so lovely, she held my hands and help me down the stairs on the path and came back for me once I was finished. She even walked me to my room to make sure I was ok. I went to the hillier restaurant and had lunch, the food was ok but I did not fancy anything on the list so asked if I could have a mai tai, omg Sakkain was an angel and made me the best Mai tai I have ever had! It was so good asked him to make me another for my dinner and he did not disappoint! The dinner unfortunately was not the highlight of my stay, I have already given my feedback so will leave it there. The spa was amazing, my massage by a male therapist was so amazing and he was very attentive. The spa facilities was one of the best I've ever been to, the staff was very nice and helpful. The heated hydropool was heavenly! All the rooms with different scents was so refreshing and the relaxation room was lovely. Free fruits and flavoured water was the cherry on top..xx Overall very nice stay.

We came for a birthday celebration and had the best time! Spent two days at the spa and had a great experience, whilst feeling we could stay for much more. We enjoyed the many pools and saunas/wet/salt rooms. We had a couple of meals and drinks by the pool, in the spa and at the Hillfield restaurant which were perfectly cooked, bit pricey but an example of you getting what you paid for. Our room was beautiful and immaculate when we arrived with robes ready and a lovely coffee machine which was perfect after the ling drive down. We will definitely be back.

A stunning one night break in a luxurious room. Had use of the spa from 3pm to 2pm and was relaxed the whole time. There are a vast range of spa treats, several saunas, steam rooms, thermal rooms/seats, an ice room and plunge pool, alongside a large indoor pool and a separate outdoor pool. The layout is excellent. The staff were especially good and respectful of our time to unwind.

Just come back from our first visit to pennyhill park and what a visit it was. We had the most wonderful day! The service from Roy in the Hillfield restaurant exceptional and my facial from Abby was so relaxing, she really knows her stuff Overall, it was a brilliant day and the best birthday treat for my friend

Beautiful Hotel and Spa in a vast, lush , green setting. Started the visit with the nature trail in the grounds as our room wasn’t quite ready. This wasn’t a problem as the sun was shining and was still actually 2hrs to our allocated checking in time. The staff were all friendly and attentive to ensure we all had a memorable stay. We will be returning.

Wow !! Just wow ,what a lively experience . Its was a surprise for Angies birthday and she just had the best time ever . Beautiful surroundings amazing spa experience. The food over the 3 days was exquisite. And the friendly staff topped it off

Faultless from start to finish. Our room, Pansy, was fantastic. The bathroom was huge & the bed so comfortable. The spa was amazing. Every member of staff was so helpful & friendly especially the barman, Nadal from Nepal (sorry if I’ve spelt his name wrong). Best amaretto sour ever. The highlight, however, was our meal in Hillfield. Absolutely amazing food & service. The presentation & flavours were 5 star & the best we have ever had.
