I terribly regret that I booked in this Cvbnb Baguio Guesthouse (maganda lang pakinggan ung name) It was a waste of money and a terrible mistake.
After I went to Sunnyside Building, I saw the room I was reffered to was different from the photograph which was posted in the Trip.Com.Wherein, instead of having a full bed, a double deck was installed inside. I was advised to complain in through Trip.Com Customer Care but it was rejected by the property owner so I called the owner of the number *********** but the owner hang-up the phone when I was informing him about my complaint. He was very uncooperative.

I don't need your Trip Coins That's a fact. I am completing this review because you all messed up our trip. How convenient it was that you arrived at the location after a long trip to be told that you have to pay EXTRA for the room that was booked. Clearly there was an opportunity on whoever of you regarding room availability. TOTAL SCAM!!!
